2022-23: Cross Country – Raced in all five meets for the Shockers…Returned to the cross country course for the first time since 2019, placing third at the JK Gold Classic in his first race back…Recorded a season-best 8K time of 23:51.4, running the second-fastest time in school history…Earned all-conference honors with his 12^th-place finish at the AAC Championships…Finished 34^th at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

2021-22 Cross Country – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform. Indoor – Competed in six meets…Placed fifth in the 3,000 meters at the Adidas Classic…Placed sixth in the 5,000 meters and 12 in the 3,000 meters at the AAC Indoor Championships to score three points for the team. Outdoor – Competed in five meets…Placed third in the 3,000 meters at the Shocker Spring Invite…Placed 10^th in the 5,000 meters and fourth in the 10,000 meters to score five points for the team.

2020-21: Cross Country (competed in Spring of 2021) – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform. Indoor – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform. Outdoor – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform.

2019-20: Cross Country - Had a breakout season for the Shockers, running in five different meets … Finished 17th at the Midwest Regional to earn All-Region honors, running his lone 10K of the year in 31:18.8 … Became the first all-conference male under Kirk Hunter with a seventh-place finish at the AAC Championships … His performance at the AAC Championships was a season-best as he crossed the line in 24:18 … Won the JK Gold Classic with a 6K time of 18:38.2 … Was the first Shocker across the line at the Bill Dellinger Invitational, finishing 37th overall … Finished in 104th at Pre-Nationals. Indoor - Did not compete for Wichita State. Outdoor - 2020 season canceled.

2018-19: Cross Country - Ran in three races, including two postseason races...Ran a personal best 8K (25:31.3) on Sept. 22 finishing 35th at the 30th Annual Chile Pepper Invitational...Placed 21st (28:43.08) at the American Athletic Conference Championships...Ran 34:19.3 at the NCAA Midwest Regional 10K. Indoor - Ran in seven races, including two distance medley relays...Set a personal best 3000m time of 8:33.01 to finish third at the KU/KSU/WSU Triangular...Recorded his second personal best of the season running a 14:49.53 5000m at the Pitt State Invitational on Jan. 26...Finished fourth in the mile at the Gorilla Classic with a personal best time of 4:12.34...Was part of the distance medley relay that finished second at the Gorilla Classic with a time of 9:59.98, the sixth fastest time in Shocker history...Ran in the 3000m (8:59.06) and part of the DMR (10:07.56) at the American Athletic Conference Championships. Outdoor - Entered seven races in six meets...Placed second in the 3000m at the season opener Herm Wilson Invitational with a time of 8:41.71...Ran the 1500m (4th, 4:01.88) and DMR (10th, 10:13.67) at the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays...Recorded a personal best 5000m time of 14:37.82 to finish second at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Clocked a personal best 1500m time of 3:55.32 at the 110th Drake Relays...Competed in the American Athletic Conference Championships finishing ninth in the 5000m with a time of 14:48.46.

Summer 2018: Finished fifth in the 5000m with a time of 15:01.69 at the USATF Junior Championships.

2017-18: Cross Country -  Finished 12th overall at the J.K. Gold Classic 6K with a time of 19:02.7...Placed sixth at the Missouri Southern Stampede 8K with a time of 25:36.9...Ran 26:39.5 at The American Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships 8K finishing 36th overall. Indoor - Competed in five meets...Recorded second place finishes at the Herm Wilson Invitational 3000m (8:38.80) and 3rd Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic Mile (4:16.58)...At the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships he ran 4:20.98 in the mile to place 10th overall. Outdoor - Ran in six different meets...Finished second at the Central Missouri Mule Relays 1500m in a personal best time of 3:56.83...Ran a personal best 15:10.66 in the 5000m to place third at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Made finals in the 1500m at The American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships finishing 12th overall in 4:17.60.
