Outdoor – Had a standout season … Focused solely on high jump and javelin … Won the AAC Men’s MVP award for scoring the most team points at the conference meet … Won an individual conference title in the high jump, clearing 2.14m/7-0.25 to put himself in the Shockers’ all-time top 10 … Was the runner-up in the javelin at the AAC Championships to earn all-conference honors … Took fourth in the decathlon at the conference meet … Qualified for the West Regional in the javelin and high jump … Threw a personal-best mark in the javelin at the conference meet with a toss of 66.60m/218-6 … Won the high jump four times, including the conference meet … Finished in the top five of all but three competitions.
2020: Indoor - Competed at six meets for the Shockers … Competed in the heptathlon at the AAC Championships, but did not finish … Posted a season-high 4,407 points in the heptathlon at the WSU Invitational and finished fourth … Took sixth in the heptathlon at the Shocker Multis … Took seventh in the pole vault at the Shocker Prelude, clearing 3.86m/12-7.75 … Competed in four events at the Air Force Team Challenge (800 meters, 60-meter hurdles prelims, high jump, shot put) … Competed in the 60-meter hurdles qualifying section and open section of the high jump at the Gorilla Classic.

2019: Indoor - Completed three heptathlons, including a personal best score 4,525 finishing seventh at the American Athletic Conference Championships...Scored 4,239 points in the season opener at the Shocker Multi on Dec. 1...Won the Shocker Prelude open high jump with a clearance of 1.93m/6-4...Won the heptathlon 1000m (2:51.05) en route to finishing with a total of 4,361 points...Placed second in the heptathlon high jump at the AAC Championships with a personal best clearance of 1.98m/6-6.
Outdoor - Competed in a total of seven meets including three decathlons, improving his score after each one...Opened the season finishing third in the Herm Wilson Invitational decathlon (6,117) and fifth in the javelin (58.16m/190-10)...Competed in two open events at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational finishing fourth in javelin (55.63m/182-6) and 14th in high jump (1.95m/6-4.75)...Completed his second decathlon on Aprill 11 placing third at the K.T. Woodman Classic with 6,122 points...Scored seven points between two events for the Shockers at the American Athletic Conference Championships, finished fifth in the javelin with a personal best throw of 58.61m/192-3 and sixth in the decathlon with a personal best score of 6,332.
2018: Indoor - Redshirted and competed unattached...Completed two heptathlons, including a 10th place finish at the Shocker Multi (3,544) and 12th place finish at the herm Wilson Invitational (4,133).
Outdoor - Redshirted and competed unattached...Completed one decathlon finishing 10th at the K.T. Woodman Classic (5,736)...Placed fifth in the open javelin at the Shocker Open with a throw of 56.29m/184-8.
High School: Lettered all four years in track and field and basketball, three years in football, two years in golf...Won seven total medals at the KSHSAA 1A State track and field championships in his career, including three championships, 2017 high jump and javelin champion, and 2016 high jump champion...Wendy’s HS Heisman National Finalist...Earned football honorable mention all-state honors in 2014 and 2015, first team honors in 2016...Two time first team all-state in basketball, also earned IA player of the year in 2016...Valedictorian Kansas Governors’ Scholar and member of the National Honor Society...Personal best – 6-7 in the high jump, 41-4 in the triple jump, 175-10 in the javelin, 137-5 in the discus.
