2021-22 Cross Country – Competed in four meets for the Shockers … Opened the season with a 45th-place finish at the JK Gold Classic … Ran a season-best 8k at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational with a time of 27:06.40. Indoor – Competed in five meets…Placed sixth or better in every 800-meter race…Scored four points in the 800m at the AAC Indoor Championships and earned all-conference honors for his contribution to the third-place DMR team. Outdoor – Competed in six meets…Ran a season-best 1:52.49 at the AAC Outdoor Championships to place fifth and score four points for the team.

2020-21: Cross Country (competed in Spring of 2021) – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform. Indoor – Ran in six races during the indoor season … Ran his only Mile race at the Jayhawk Classic and took 10th … Ran the 800 meters five times and finished in the top five of each race … Ran his season-best in the 800 meters at the Herm Wilson Invitational with a time of 1:55.49. Outdoor – Ran in eight races at six meets … Ran in the 800 meters at the AAC Championships … Took fifth in the 800 meters at the conference meet … Ran his season-best time in the 800 meters in the prelims of the conference meet … Had three other top-10 finishes … Ran in the 1,500 meters three times and finished twice … Ran a season-best in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:57.93 at the Rock Chalk Classic.

2019-20: Cross Country - Ran in four races for the Shockers … Opened up his season with his highest finish, which was 29th at the JK Gold Classic … Ran his season-best 8K time at the FHSU Tiger Open … Finished in the top 35 at the Emporia State Invitational … Ran in the Open section of Pre-Nationals. Indoor - Ran at six meets for the Shockers … Was a member of the conference champion distance medley relay team … Also ran in the 3,000 meters at the AAC Championships … Opened his season with a runner-up finish at the Triangular in the 800 meters … Ran a season-best in the 800 meters at the Husker Invitational with a time of 1:55.50 … Ran his lone Mile at the WSU Invitational and finished third … Also ran at the Jayhawk Classic and Gorilla Classic. Outdoor - 2020 season canceled.

2018-19: Cross Country - Redshirted and did not compete. Indoor - Redshirted and competed unattached...Ran three different distances (400m, 600m, 800m) in as many meets...Recorded a top-10 finish at the Shocker Prelude placing eighth in the 400m with a time of 53.04...Ran a 1:24.33 600m at the Pitt State Invitational and a 1:59.74 800m at the Gorilla Classic. Outdoor - Redshirted and competed in three meets...Opened the outdoor season finishing eighth in the Herm Wilson Invitational 800m with a time of 1:58.92...Competed in the 400m (52.33) and 800m (2:04.84) at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Ran an outdoor season best 800m time of 1:57.28 at the Shocker Open.
