REDSHIRT SENIOR (2025)
Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete... CSC Academic All-District... Named to the Fall and Spring Athletic Director's Honor Roll... Had a career year in her final season at Wichita State, setting career highs in games (50), starts (46), at bats (146), runs (27), hits (34), doubles (7), home runs (12), RBIs (44) and slugging percentage (.527)... Her 44 RBIs led the team and her 12 home runs were third most... She hit the go-ahead three-run home run to lift Wichita State past Tulsa in the second round of the AAC Championship on May 7... Hit a solo home run vs. Kansas on April 30... Doubled and drove in two runs in a run-rule win over Kansas City on April 22... Smacked a two-run home run in the first inning of the finale at Tulsa on April 18... Scored twice to go with a single in Game 2 of the East Carolina series on April 12... Had a pair of singles and two RBIs in the series opener vs. East Carolina (April 11)... Went 3-for-4 with a double and a home run at UAB on April 4... Homered in a career-best four straight games from March 23-March 28... Belted a solo home run and scored twice in the series opener vs. South Florida (March 28)... In a shootout with No. 2 Oklahoma on March 26, she was 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBIs... Brought her hot bat back from San Antonio with a two-run home run vs. Central Arkansas on March 25... Had a career day in the finale at UTSA (March 23), hitting two home runs and driving in a career-high seven RBIs... Her seven RBIs tied for the third most in a single game in school history... Opened the UTSA series on March 21, going 2-for-2 with a double, home run, three runs scored and four RBIs... In the finale of the North Texas series on March 16, she was 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBIs... Singled and had a pair of RBIs vs. North Texas on March 15... Went 2-for-4 with a double, home run and three RBIs vs. Abilene Christian on Feb. 24... Doubled in the season opener vs. Northern Illinois (Feb. 7).

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2023)
American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team... Named to the Spring Athletic Director's Honor Roll... Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete... Named to the Fall Athletic Director's Honor Roll... Drove in a run on a single in Game 2 vs. Houston (April 15)... Was 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBI in an extra inning win over Houston (April 14)... Crushed a solo home run, while going 2-for-3 with three runs scored at Memphis (April 7)... Went 1-for-3 in the Saturday win at UCF (March 25)... Doubled in an extra inning win over Western Illinois (March 5)... Hit her first home run of the season in Wichita State's win over Bradley (March 5)... Singled twice and scored two runs vs. Fairleigh Dickinson (Feb. 19).

SOPHOMORE (2022)
Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete... American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team... Named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll with a 4.0 GPA... Played in only eight games, making six starts before suffering a season-ending shoulder injury... Finished the season with three hits, including a triple, an RBI and two runs scored... Went 2-for-2 with a walk vs. South Dakota (Feb. 13)... Hit an RBI triple in Wichita State's run-rule of Houston Baptist (Feb. 12).

FRESHMAN (2021)
American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team... Named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll... Went 2-for-3 with two RBI in the series finale at Tulsa (May 2)... Doubled in four plate appearances in game three at Tulsa (May 1)... Scored a run and went 1-for-2 in the series opener at Tulsa (April 30)... Belted a pinch-hit two-run home run in Wichita State's 14-3 win vs. USF (April 24)... Hit her first collegiate home run in the series finale vs. ECU (March 28) to go with a pair of RBI... Drove in a run and doubled in a 2-for-4 day at the plate vs. Kansas City (March 19)... Made her collegiate debut vs. No. 23 Iowa State (March 7) and finished 2-for-3 with a double and a run scored.

HIGH SCHOOL
Camryn Compton made the move to Wichita from Baxter Springs, Kan., and Riverton High School... She was a four-year starter and two-time team captain for head coach Brian Mitchell... As a junior she led the team in hits, doubles, home runs to go with 43 RBI and a .667 batting average... Her career numbers included hitting .552 with 21 home runs, 34 doubles, 21 triples and 113 RBI... Compton was a three-time all-conference honoree and a First Team All-State selection... She helped Riverton to the 2017 3A State Championship and 2019 3A Regional Championship... Aside from playing softball, Compton was also a four-year letterwinner in basketball and two-year letterwinner in volleyball... In volleyball, she was named all-conference honorable mention as a junior and all-conference second team as a senior... In the classroom Compton was a member of the National Honor Society and ranks first in her class with a 4.0 GPA.

PERSONAL
She is the daughter of Jim and Debbie Compton, and has three sisters: Taylor, Jamee and Morgan... Her sister Taylor played softball at South Dakota State and Jamee is on the team at Newman... She plans to major in business and accounting at Wichita State.
