2021-22 Cross Country – Competed in five races for Wichita State … Opened his season with a 31^st-place finish at the JK Gold Classic … Ran a season-best 8k at the Bradley Pink Classic with a time of 25:13.70 … Capped his season with a 24^th-place performance at the AAC Championships. Indoor – Competed in six meets…Placed third in the 800 meters at the Herm Wilson Invitational…Finished fifth in the mile at the Triangular…Just missed finals in the 800 meters at the AAC Indoor Championships, placing ninth…Finished 32^nd in the 3,000 meters at conference. 2020-21: Cross Country (competed in Spring of 2021) – Ran in both races for the Shockers … Placed 25th at the JK Gold Classic … Took 40th at the AAC Championships. Indoor – Ran in two races … Took fifth at the Triangular in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:47.24 … Finished 13th in the 5,000 meters at the Division I Challenge with a time of 15:17.39. Outdoor – Ran at six meets … Took ninth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the AAC Championships … Finished 30th in the 5,000 meters at the conference meet … Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Shocker Spring Invitational … Ran his personal best in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the John McDonnell Invitational with a time of 9:22.28 … Ran his best time in the 5,000 meters at the KT Woodman Classic with a time of 15:05.55.

2019-20: Cross Country - Competed at six meets for Wichita State … Came in 48th at the AAC Championships, which was the sixth-best finish for the Shockers … Competed at the Midwest Regional in first year at Wichita State, coming in 162nd … Kicked off his season with a 16th-place finish at the Bob Timmons Classic … Followed up with a 15th-place finish at the JK Gold Classic … Ran a season-best time at 8K at the Bill Dellinger Invitational with a time of 25:57.6 … Also ran in the Open section of Pre-Nationals. Indoor - Ran at six meets for Wichita State … Ran in the prelims of the Mile and the 3,000 meters at the AAC Championships … Won the morning section of the 3,000 meters at the Jayhawk Classic … Also took home a victory in the Mile at the WSU Invitational with a season-best time of 4:21.56 … Posted a season-best time in the 3,000 meters at the Husker Invitational with a time of 8:35.76 … Also ran the 5,000 meters at the Gorilla Classic. Outdoor - 2020 season canceled.

High School: Was an eight-time KSHSAA State Championship qualifier…As a sophomore he was part of the 4x800m KSHSAA 4A state championship relay team that included current Shockers Ethan Kossover and Bryce Merriman, also qualified for the 1,600m (7^th, 4:31.02) and 800m (7^th, 2:00.53)…After moving to 5A his junior season, he won his second state title as a member of the 4x800m that clocked in at 7:54.66…In 2019 he finished fourth as a member of the 4x800m, sixth in the 3,200m and seventh in the 1,600m at the KSHSAA 5A State Championships.
