2022: Indoor – Competed in five meets…Placed fourth in the 60-meter hurdles at the Shocker Prelude…Qualified for the 60-meter final in the middle of the heptathlon competition at the AAC Indoor Championships…Placed fifth in the final and sixth in the heptathlon, recording the third-best shot put mark and second-best hurdles time in the competition, scoring seven points for the team.
Outdoor – Competed in seven meets…Won the 400 meters and 110-meter hurdles at the Shocker Open…Placed fourth in the decathlon at the AAC Outdoor Championships, recording the top mark in the shot put and the second-best marks in the discus and javelin to score five points for the team… Also placed 10
th in both the javelin and 110-meter hurdles.
2021: Indoor – Competed at two meets … Ran a season best in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.52 at the Shocker Prelude … Cleared a season-best 4.15m/13-7.25 in the pole vault at the Triangular … Ran his only 600-yards race at the Triangular and ran 1:26.63 to finish sixth.Â
Outdoor – Competed at five meets … Earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the decathlon, putting up 6,454 points … Had top-five finishes in the 200 meters, 110-meter hurdles, shot put and javelin at the Shocker Open … Had a top-10 finish in the javelin at the John McDonnell Invitational … Earned two top-10 finishes at the KT Woodman Classic … Had an eighth- and 15th-place finish at the Wichita State Open.
2020: Indoor - Competed at four meets for the Shockers … Finished fifth in the heptathlon for the Shockers, scoring 4,998 points … Put team points on the board for Wichita State at the AAC Championships and finished with six personal-best marks in the course of the heptathlon … Competed in five events at the Air Force Team Challenge … Finished sixth in the 60-meter hurdles prelims and finals at the Air Force Team Challenge … Competed in the prelims of the 60-meter hurdles and the long jump at the Jayhawk Classic … Did not finish the heptathlon at the WSU Invitational.Â
Outdoor -Â 2020 season canceled.
2019: Indoor - Redshirted and competed unattached...Finished sixth in the Shocker Multi with a score of 4,520 points...Ran a season best 8.58 60m hurdles finishing fourth at the Shocker Prelude.
Outdoor - Redshirted and competed unattached...Entered the Herm Wilson Invitational decathlon before withdrawing after the high jump...Competed unattached at the Shocker Open in the 110m hurdles (15.09), high jump (1.85m/6-0.75) and javelin (46.59m/152-10).
High School: Lettered four years in basketball, track and field and two years in football...Earned basketball second team All-State honors as a sophomore and honorable mention All-State as a junior...Was a four-time KSHSAA 1A state championship qualifier...Recorded three top-five finishes at the state meet during his career, including two second place finishes in the 110m hurdles as a junior and senior...Personal bests - 14.88 in the 110m hurdles, 42.22 in the 300m hurdles and 6.22m/20-5 in the long jump.
