2019-20: Cross Country - Ran in three races for the Shockers … Best finish came at the JK Gold Classic where he crossed the line in 40th … Ran a season-best 8K time at the FHSU Tiger Open when he crossed the line in 27:48.6 and took 93rd place … Finished 45th at the Emporia State Invitational. Indoor - Ran in five races for Wichita State … Put up his best 800-meter time at the Husker Invitational when he ran a time of 1:59.18 … Also went sub-2 in the 800 meters at the WSU Invitational and the Gorilla Classic … Ran the 600 meters at the Shocker Prelude and completed the race with a time of 1:25.61 … Also ran the 800 meters in the morning section at the Jayhawk Classic. Outdoor - 2020 season canceled.

2018-19: Cross Country - Redshirted and competed unattached...Competed in two 8K's and one 6K...Set a personal best 8K (28:33.9) at the 30th Annual Chile Pepper Invitational. Indoor - Entered six meets, competing in 12 races...Finished fourth in the Hawkeye Invitational 800m with a time of 1:58.38...Recorded two top-3 finishes at the Shocker Prelude, second as a member of the 4x400m (3:31.43) and third in the 800m (1:58.66)...Ran a personal best mile time of 4:24.51 at the Pitt State Invitational...Placed seventh in the Arkansas Qualifier 800m with a time of 1:57.36. Outdoor - Ran nine races in five meets...Opened the season finishing 11th in the Herm Wilson Invitational 800m with a time of 2:02.29...Clocked a personal best 1500m time of 4:05.41 at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Was part of the 4x800m relay that won the 92nd Kansas Relays with a time of 7:50.37...Won the Shocker Open 800m on May 3 with a time of 1:56.31.

High School: Lettered four years in cross country, track and field…Won the team’s MVP award for cross country in 2016 and 2017…Was part of the Carlinville HS cross country team that qualified for state as a junior and senior…Was all-state in the 800m…Won the school’s track MVP award his junior and senior season…Personal bests – 15:29 in the 3-mile, 4:30 in 1,600m, 1:57.35 in the 800m and 49.00 in the 400m.
