2020-21: Cross Country (competed in Spring of 2021) – Ran in both races the Shockers competed in as a team … Took 18th at the JK Gold Classic … Placed 28th at the AAC Championships … Scored at both meets for the Shockers. Indoor – Ran in one race … Took 10th in the 5,000 meters at the Division I Challenge with a time of 15:00.26. Outdoor – Capped off his Shocker career with a standout season … Qualified for the West Regional in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and missed out on a trip to Nationals by five spots … Ran a personal-best time in the steeplechase at the West Regional with a time of 8:53.00 … Won an individual conference title in the 3,000-meter steeplechase … Also ran at the 5,000 meters at the conference meet and took 16th … Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Wichita State Open … Had six top-10 finishes.

2019-20: Cross Country - Ran in four races for the Shockers … Scored at all four meets … Was the third Shocker across the line at the AAC Championships, finishing 26th overall … Finished 88th at the Midwest Regional and was No. 3 for the Shockers … Ran his season-best time at the Bill Dellinger Invitational with a time of 24:59.1 over 8K … Finished 166th at Pre-Nationals … Competed unattached at the JK Gold Classic and finished as the meet’s runner-up. Indoor - Ran at five meets for the Shockers … Competed in the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters at the AAC Championships … Finished as the runner-up in the 5,000 meters at the Husker Invitational, running a season-best time of 14:54.63 … Ran a season-best time in the 3,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 8:31.36 … Earned top-10 finishes at the Triangular (sixth) and in the evening section of the Jayhawk Classic (ninth) in the 3,000 meters. Outdoor - 2020 season canceled.

2018-19: Cross Country - The only Shocker to compete in six races...Competed unattached in the season opener J.K. Gold Classic 6K finishing 19th with a time of 19:56.5...Finished 48th (26:15.6) in the Pre-Nationals Gray race...Was one of four Shockers to place in the top-25 of the American Athletic Conference Championships...Third Shocker to cross the finish line at the NCAA Midwest Regional in 113th place with a time of 33:09.2. Indoor - Ran nine races in six meets...Opened the season running a 4:20.13 mile and as part of the 4x4000m (3:33.54) at the Hawkeye Invitational...Won the Shocker Prelude mile with a time of 4:21.19...Recorded a personal best mile time of 4:19.53 to finish second at the Wichita State College Invitational...Finished 10th in the 5000m with a personal best time of 14:51.66 at the Gorilla Classic...Ran two races at the American Athletic Conference Championships, including the 5000m (15:20.75) and 3000m (8:33.86). Outdoor - Ran seven races between six meets...Finished fourth in the season opener Herm Wilson Invitational 3000m in 8:45.26...Won the Texas State Bobcat Invitational 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:18.44...Placed fourth as part of the distance medley relay team at the 92nd Kansas Relays in 10:32.80, also ran a personal best 1500m time of 4:01.10 finishing sixth...Recorded a personal best 3000m steeplechase time of 9:06.73 to place ninth at the 110th Drake Relays...Scored five points for Wichita State at the American Athletic Conference Championships finising fourth in the 3000m steeplechase in 9:07.42.

2017-18: Cross Country - Ran in five races, including two top-20 finishes...Ran a season best 8K 25:54.6 to finish 16th at the Rim Rock Classic...Ran a 27:13.1 8K to finish 49th at the American Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships. Indoor - Competed in five meets...Placed third in the 3000m at the Pitt State Invitational with a time of 8:49.66...Finished sixth in the mile (4:27.09) at the Shocker Prelude. Outdoor - Competed in five meets, including four top-5 finishes...Ran a season best 3000m steeplechase (9:36.71) to finish second at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Finished second in the 5000m at the Central Missouri Mule Relays with a season best time of 15:19.30...Placed third in the 3000m steeplechase (9:37.79) at the Emporia State Relays.

High School: Lettered four years in cross country and track and field...Three-time AVCTL champion…Three-time KSHSAA 4A state champion in the 4x800m, 1600m, and 3200m...Personal best – 15:59.0 in the 5K, 9:35.0 in the 3200m, 4:23.0 in the 1600, 2:01 in the 800m.
