2021: Indoor – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform. Outdoor – Competed at three meets … Competed in the heptathlon at the AAC Championships, but did not finish … Took 10th in the javelin at the conference meet … Won the javelin at the Shocker Spring Invitational and the John McDonnell Invitational … Totaled four top-10 finishes.

2020: Indoor - Competed at seven different meets for the Shockers … Placed sixth to score points for Wichita State in the pentathlon at the AAC Championships, scoring 3,659 points … Also competed in the high jump at the AAC Championships … Competed in six events at the Air Force Team Challenge and won the 60-meter hurdles prelims and finals … Won the pentathlon at the Jayhawk Classic with a season-best 3,663 points … Competed in the 60-meter hurdles, shot put and high jump at the Triangular … Was the runner-up at the Shocker Multis in the pentathlon … Also won the high jump at the WSU Invitational. Outdoor - 2020 season canceled.

2019: Indoor - Competed in six meets, including three pentathlons...Opened the season winning the Shocker Multi on Nov. 30, she placed top-3 in three of the five events finishing with a personal best pentathlon score of 3,572 points...Competed in five open events at the Shocker Prelude, including four top-5 finishes. She won the 800m with a time of 2:27.40....Placed fourth in Air Force Invitational pentathlon with a score of 3,317 points, also competed in the open shot put finishing ninth with a toss of 12.52m/41-1...Ran a personal best 800m time of 2:21.70 at the Fourth Annual Gorilla Classic on Feb. 9...Competed in the pentathlon and open high jump at the American Athletic Conference Championships, finished seventh in the pentathlon with 3,517 points and 10th in the high jump clearing 1.65m/5-5. Outdoor - Competed in seven meets, completing three heptathlons...Finished fourth in the season opener Herm Wilson Invitational heptathlon with 4,814 points...Won the heptathlon (4,955 points) and open javelin (45.09m/147-11) at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Recorded a javelin mark of 42.99m/141-0 to win the 92nd Kansas Relays...Defended her American Athletic Conference heptathlon title winning for the second consecutive year with a personal best score of 5,249 points, also earned all-conference honors in javelin finishing with a personal best throw of 49.08m/161-0...Was an NCAA West Preliminary qualifier for the second consecutive season finishing 29th in javelin with a mark of 44.01m/144-5.

2018: Indoor - Competed in seven meets, including four pentathlons...Finished second in the pentathlon (3,480) at the Herm Wilson Invitational, third at the Shocker Multi (3,309) and Air Force Indoor Team Challenge (3,365)...Ran a personal best 2:26.53 in the 800m at the 3rd Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic...Finished eighth in the high jump (1.66m/5-5.25) and ninth in the pentathlon (3,436) at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships. Outdoor - Competed in eight meets and completed two heptathlons...Won the Emporia State Relays javelin with a throw of 43.88m/143-11...Recorded two top-5 finishes at the K.T. Woodman Classic, finishing third in the javelin (42.75m/140-3) and fourth in the heptathlon (4,561)...Placed third in the high jump (1.60m/5-3) and fourth in the javelin (41.77m/137-0) at the Shocker Open...Earned all-conference honors winning the American Athletic Conference heptathlon outdoor championship with a personal best score of 5,018, placed fourth in the javelin with the fifth farthest throw in Shocker history of 47.71m/156-6.

Summer 2017: Finished 10th in the heptathlon with 4,121 points at the USATF Junior Outdoor Championships.

2017: Redshirted and competed unattached. Indoor - Compete in two pentathlons, including a fourth place finish with 3,244 points at the Herm Wilson Invitational...Placed third with a time of 2:29.28 in the 800m at the Shocker Prelude. Outdoor- Finished the heptathlon with 4,260 points to place 10th at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Was fourth in the javelin (133-0/40.54m) at the Shocker Open.

High School: Placed all four years at the KSHSAA Track and Field Championship… Was fifth in the mile as a freshman and sophomore, then placed in four events as a junior (3rd-JT; 5th-300m Hurdles; 5th-100m Hurdles; 6th-HJ) and two as a senior (4th-300m Hurdles; 6th-HJ)… High School Personal Bests - 16.04 in the 100 meter hurdles, 47.59 in the 300 meter hurdles, 5-4 in the high jump and 137-11 in the javelin… Set six school records in track and field… Lettered four years in volleyball, basketball and track and field… Also lettered one year in softball… Helped her volleyball team to sixth, fifth, fourth and third at state each of her four seasons… As a junior was all-league, All-State and was also named to the All-State Tournament Team… In basketball, was honorable mention by the Wichita Eagle and Topeka Capital-Journal her first two seasons and first-team as a junior and senior… Wendy's Heisman winner as a senior… Kansas Scholar all four years and FBLA State Qualifier

Personal: Daughter of Doug and Tracey Henry… Has two older brothers, Kody and Kyle, and an older sister, Kirsten… Cousin, Justin, played football at the University of Kansas and her uncle, Fred, played football at Highland CC.
