Indoor – Ran in one race … Took seventh in the 3,000 meters at the Triangular with a time of 10:42.59.
Outdoor – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform.
2019-20: Cross Country - Ran in five races including the AAC Championships and Midwest Regional … Finished fourth at the JK Gold Classic, completing the race in 14:21.7 … Took 69th place at the AAC Championships … Was the sixth-fastest Shocker at the Midwest Regional … Also competed at the Bill Dellinger Invitational and Pre-Nationals.
Indoor - Ran in four races for the Shockers … Ran in the 5,000 meters at the AAC Championships and took 17th … Finished fourth at the Shocker Prelude in the 3,000 meters … Took sixth in the evening section of the Mile at the Jayhawk Classic in her lone Mile race of the season … Ran in the 5,000 meters at the Husker Invitational and finished eighth.
Outdoor - 2020 season canceled.
2018-19: Cross Country - Was a member of the American Athletic Conference championship team...Placed seventh at the J.K. Gold Classic 4K with a time of 14:40.5...Finished 99th at the NCAA Midwest Regional 6K with a time of 22:04.6.
Indoor - Opened the indoor season running a personal best mile of 5:10.97 at the Hawkeye Invitational...Placed second in the Pitt State Invitational 5000m clocking a personal best time of 17:32.38...Ran a personal best 3000m (10:08.52) at the American Athletic Conference Championships, also ran in the 5000m (17:38.18).
Outdoor - Ran six races in five meets...Opened the season running a personal best 1500m time of 4:50.57 at the Herm Wilson Invitational...Won the K.T. Woodman Classic 10,000m with a personal best time of 36:32.28...Appeared in the 110th Drake Relays 5000m finishing in 11th with a time a of 17:29.10, a personal best...Competed in the American Athletic Conference Championships finshing 13th in the 10,000m (37:45.15) and 19th in the 5000m (17:48.96).
2017-18: Cross Country - Ran in six races...Recorded two 14th place finishes, J.K. Gold Classic 4K (14:32.4) and Missouri Southern Stampede 5K (18:17.8)...Finished 63rd at the American Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships 6K with a time of 23:55.6.
Indoor - Redshirted and competed unattached in two meets...Finished second in the 3000m (10:44.80) at the Shocker Prelude and third in the 3000m (10:29.37) at the Herm Wilson Invitational.
Outdoor - Redshirted and competed unattached in two meets...Finished second in the 5000m (18:12.21) at the K.T. Woodman Classic and in the 1500m (4:46.96) at the Shocker Open.
High School: Lettered four years in cross country and track and field...Earned cross country and track and field Academic All-State in 2015’, 16’, and 17’...Finished second as part of the 4x800m relay team at the 2015 and 2016 Class A state track and field meet...Placed third at the 2016 state cross country meet...Personal best – 18:37.0 in the 5K, 11:16.0 in the 3200m, 5:13.0 in the 1600m, 2:20.0 in the 800m.
