2021-22 Cross Country – Competed in five races for Wichita State … Opened her season by placing 15
th in the JK Gold Classic … Ran her fastest 6k of the season at the Bradley Pink Classic in a time of 22:58.90 … Wrapped up her season with a 54
th-place finish at the AAC Championships.Â
Indoor/Outdoor – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform. Assisted track and field staff with operations responsibilities.
2020-21: Cross Country (competed in Spring of 2021) – Ran in both races the Shockers competed in as a team … Placed 13th at the AAC Championships … Earned all-conference honors … Took seventh at the JK Gold Classic … Best time over 6,000 meters was 22:03.57 at the conference meet … Scored for the Shockers in both meets.Â
Indoor – Ran in four races … Took fifth in the 1,000 meters at the Triangular … Ran a season-best time of 5:05.40 in the Mile at the Division I Challenge … Took third in the 3,000 meters and fifth in the Mile at the Championship at the Peak.Â
Outdoor – Ran at six meets … Competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 5,000 meters at the AAC Championships … Had four top-10 finishes … Best placement came at the Wichita State Open when she finished fourth in the 3,000-neter steeplechase … Ran a season-best time of 11:28.33 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Wichita State Open … Ran her season’s best in the 5,000 meters at the Wichita State Open with a time of 18:02.24.
2019-20: Cross Country - Ran in three races for the Shockers … Opened up her season with a 21st-place finish at the Emporia State Invitational … Ran a season-best 5K time at the FHSU Tiger Open when she clocked in with a time of 19:22.8 … Finished 78th in the Open section at Pre-Nationals.Â
Indoor - Ran in seven races for the Shockers … Ran in the Mile prelims and 3,000 meters at the AAC Championships … Earned three top-five finishes to kick off her season … Was the runner-up in the 3,000 meters at the Shocker Prelude and the WSU Invitational … Ran the Mile at the Husker Invitational and the Gorilla Classic.Â
Outdoor -Â 2020 season canceled.
2018-19: Cross Country - Redshirted and competed unattached...Finished 19th at the J.K. Gold Classic 4K with a time of 15:28.7.
Indoor - Ran the mile in three different meets...Opened her season running a 5:27.62 mile at the Pitt State Invitational on Jan. 26...Recorded a season best mile time of 5:21.23 at the Fourth Annual Gorilla Classic on Feb. 9.
Outdoor - Redshirted and did not compete.
2017-18: Cross Country - Ran in six races, setting three personal bests...Finished 19th at the Missouri Southern Stampede 5K with a time of 18:34.6...Placed 53rd at the American Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships 6k with a time of 23:32.2.
Indoor - Competed in five meets, running eight total races...Recorded two top-5 finishes at the KSU/KU/WSU Triangular, fourth in the mile (5:12.52) and fifth in the 800m with a personal best time of 2:28.73...Finished second in the 3000m (10:26.44) at the Herm Wilson Invitational...Ran a personal best mile (5:08.87), finishing 11th at the 3rd Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic.
Outdoor - Ran in seven races at six different meets...Won the Central Missouri Mule Relays 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:44.16...Finished fourth at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout with a personal best 4:53.38 in the 1500m...Ran a personal best 11:21.86 in the 3000m steeplechase at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships.
2016-17: Cross Country – Ran in four races, including a 12th place finish at the J.K. Gold Classic with a time of 15:16.5 in the 4K.
Indoor – Ran in three races, including a pair of third place finishes in the mile 5:18.90 and the 3000m with a time of 10:41.01.
Outdoor – Competed at the Shocker Open in the 1500m race and placed ninth with a time of 5:13.25.

High School:  Was her school's Athlete of the Year as a junior and senior… Also the track, cross country and soccer team captain… Set the 1600 meter and 3200 meter school records as a senior… Sixth in the 2016 Class A Nebraska State meet in the 1600 meters and eight in the 3200 meters… Was 13th at the 2014 cross country state meet… Personal Bests - 5:12.49 in the 1600 meters, 11:14.31 in the 3200 meters and 19:16 in the 5K… Helped her cross country team to a fourth-place finish at the state meet in 2015 and 2016.Academically, a member of National Honor Society, Top Three Percent of her Class and was a commencement speaker.
Personal: Daughter of Christopher and Meghan Paintin… Has two brothers, Connor and Finn… Plans on majoring in exercise science with a goal to become an athletic trainer.
