2022-23: Cross Country – Raced in all five meets for the Shockers…Opened his season with an individual win at the JK Gold Classic…Recorded a season-best 8K time of 24:01.0 at the Bradley Pink Classic, placing 23rd…Finished 26th at the AAC Championships and 59th at the NCAA Midwest Regional. Indoor – Competed in five meets…Won the 800 meters at the Herm Wilson Invitational with a time of 1:54.42…Ran a season-best 4:10.05 in the mile to finish fourth at the Husker Invitational…Earned all-conference recognition in the distance medley relay at the AAC Indoor Championships, placing third with the fourth-fastest time in program history (9:52.05)…Scored two more points for the team in the 800 meters, running 1:54.17 in the final to place seventh…Clocked his season best in the prelim, running 1:54.10. 2021-22 Cross Country – Competed in all six races for Wichita State … Opened the season with two top-10 finishes at the JK Gold Classic and the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational … Ran a season-best 8k at the Gans Creek Invite with a time of 24:38.90 … Earned all-conference honors at the AAC Championships after a 12th-place performance, helping his team to a second-place team finish … Capped his season at the NCAA Midwest Regional, placing 45th with a 10k time of 31:33.49. Indoor – Competed in six meets…Placed second in the 800 meters at the Herm Wilson Invitational…Ran a season-best 4:09.97 in the mile at the AAC Indoor Championships to place eighth and ran on the third-place distance medley relay team, earning all-conference honors and scoring a total of seven points for the team. Outdoor – Competed in six meets…Won the 1500 meters at the Shocker Open…Ran a season-best 3:49.05 in the 1500 meters at the Hayward Premiere, placing fourth…Placed seventh in the 1500 meters and 12th in the 800 meters at the AAC Outdoor Championships, scoring two points for the team.

2020-21: Cross Country (competed in Spring of 2021) – Ran in both races the Shockers competed in as a team … Took 13th and was in the scoring five for the Shockers at the JK Gold Classic … Placed 31st at the AAC Championships … Also scored at the AAC Championships. Indoor – Ran in five races … Ran a season best in the Mile at the Division I Challenge with a time of 4:12.38 … Took third in the 1,000 meters at the Triangular with a time of 4:20.76 … Ran one 800-meter race and took seventh with a time of 2:11.88. Outdoor – Ran in eight races for the Shockers … Improved his time in the 1,500 meters each time he ran it … Took eighth in the 1,500 meters at the AAC Championships … Ran his season’s best in the 1,500 meters at the conference meet with a time of 3:46.52 … Had five top-10 finishes … Paced the 10,000 meters at the Wichita State Open and the 5,000 meters at the KT Woodman Classic.

2019-20: Cross Country - Ran in five races for the Shockers … Scored at the Midwest Regional, finishing 116th overall and fifth for Wichita State … Was the fastest Shocker in the Open section of Pre-Nationals, crossing the line in 20th with a season-best 8K time of 25:35.0 … Came in 41st at the conference meet and was the seventh Shocker across the line … Finished eighth at the JK Gold Classic … Also competed at the Bill Dellinger Invitational. Indoor - Did not compete for Wichita State. Outdoor - 2020 season canceled.

2018-19: Cross Country - Redshirted and competed unattached...Finished 23rd at the J.K. Gold Classic 6K with a time of 20:08.9 and 206th at the 30th Annual Chile Pepper Invitational 8K with a time of 27:44.0. Indoor - Ran 10 races in six meets...Recorded two top-5 finishes at the Shocker Prelude, placing second as part of the 4x400m (3:31.43) and fourth in the 800m with a personal best time of 1:58.79...Ran a personal best mile time of 4:20.85 to finish fourth at the Wichita State College Invitational...Finished third in the Arkansas Qualifier mile with a time of 4:25.62. Outdoor - Redshirted and competed unattached in three meets...Recorded two top-10 finishes at the Herm Wilson Invitational, placed seventh in the 1500m (4:10.33) and ninth in the 800m (1:59.10)...Clocked a 1:58.36 800m to finish seventh at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Ran an outdoor season best 800m time of 1:57.07 to finish third at the Shocker Open on May 3.
