2021: Indoor – Ran at three meets … Took fifth at the Triangular in the 600-yards … Ran her season-best time in the 200 meters at the Division I Challenge with a time of 26.16 … Ran her season’s best time in the 400 meters at the Championship at The Peak with a time of 58.49.Â
Outdoor – Ran in eight races … Took 12th in the 400-meter hurdles at the AAC Championships … Had five top-five finishes … Ran her lone 400 meters race at the Rock Chalk Classic and took 15th … Finished as the runner-up at the Wichita State Open and Shocker Open in the 400-meter hurdles … Ran her season-best time of 1:02.69 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Wichita State Open.
2020: Indoor - Ran in six meets for the Shockers … Won the 600 meters at the Prairie Wolf Invitational … Opened her season with a third-place finish at the Triangular in the 600-Yards … Made her season debut in the 400 meters with a fifth-place finish at the Air Force Team Challenge … Ran her season-best 400 meters’ time at the Gorilla Classic when she clocked in with a time of 57.36 … Also ran the 200 meters at the Gorilla Classic … Finished 16th in the 400 meters at the Arkansas Qualifier … Finished her season with a 26th-place finish in the 400 meters at the AAC Championships.Â

2019: Indoor - Competed in six meets...Opened the season with two third place finishes at the Hawkeye Invitational, ran the third fastest 600m in school history with a time of 1:35.28...Set a school record in the the 600yd placing third at the KU/KSU/WSU Triangular with a time of 1:24.44...Was a member of the 4x440yd team that won the Air Force Invitational in 3:51.84...Finished fourth at the American Athletic Conference as a member of the 4x400m team with a time of 3:42.63.
Outdoor - Ran in eight meets, including two post season meets...Opened the season at the Herm Wilson Invitational winning as part of the 4x400m that clocked in at 3:59.69...Was part of the 4x400m relay winning team (3:51.64) at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational...Finished the K.T. Woodman Classic with two first place finishes in the 400m (57.45) and 4x400m (3:52.49)...Was a member of the 4x400m relay team that recorded the fifth fastest time in Shocker history of 3:41.86 at the 92nd Kansas Relays...On April 26, set a school record as a member of the 4x400m that ran 3:38.21...Ran in the 400m (56.58) and 4x400m (3:46.61) at the American Athletic Conference Championships...Was an NCAA West Regional qualifier as a member of the 4x400m that placed 22nd in 3:42.10.
2018: Indoor/Outdoor - Redshirted and competed unattached...Was part of the the 4x400m team that won the Shocker Prelude in 3:57.81...Placed third in the 400m (58.63) and sixth in the long jump (5.11m/16-9.25) at the Shocker Prelude...Won the Herm Wilson Invitational 400m with a time of 57.73.
2017: Indoor – Finished top three seven times, including two first place finishes as part of 4x400m team...Earned all-valley honors with a third place finish in the 4x400m at the MVC Indoor Championships.
Outdoor – Was part of the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams...4x400m relay team finished top three at four different meets, including three second place finishes...Finished seventh with a time of 55.34 in the 400m at the MVC Outdoor Championships.

High School: Was fourth in the 400 meters at the 2015 6A regional and sixth in 2016. High School Personal Bests - 25.83 in the 200 meters and 56.89 in the 400 meters… Lettered four years in track and field… Was a four-time regional qualifier and two-time area 400 meter champion… Four-time district and area 4x400 champion… Was a member of National Honor Society and was Top 15 percent of her class.
