Indoor - Ran just one race for the Shockers … Finished sixth in the 1,000 meters at the Triangular in a time of 3:17.62.Â

2018-19: Cross Country - One of three Shockers to compete in six races...Recorded two top-30 finishes...Was a member of the 2018 American Athletic Championship team...Finished the season running a personal best 6K (23:23.0) at the NCAA Midwest Regional to finish 188th.
Indoor - Competed in six meets...Finished third in the KU/KSU/WSU Triangular 1000m with a time of 3:04.26...Won the Shocker Prelude mile on Jan. 19 with a time of 5:17.42...Was part of the DMR team that finished second in the Fourth Annual Gorilla Classic with a time of 12:00.18, the 10th fastest in Shocker history...Competed in the mile and 3000m at the American Athletic Conference Championships, set a personal best mile time of 4:58.94 to qualify for the finals, finishing 11th in the finals with a time fo 5:03.59.
Outdoor - Competed in six meets, including the American Athletic Conference Championships...Opened her season finishing eighth at the Herm Wilson Invitational 1500m with a time fo 4:44.12...Ran a personal best 5000m time of 17:32.71 to place fourth at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Recorded two top-10 finishes at the 110th Drake Relays, ninth in 1500m with a personal best (4:33.11) and 10th as part of the distance medley relay (11:46.82)...Ran in the 1500 (13th-4:38.88) and 5000m (20th-17:51.72) at the American Athletic Conference Championships.
High School: Lettered four years in cross country, track and field...Won the 2017 KSHSAA 2A state cross country championship, finished third as a freshman...Was a four-time KSHSAA 2A state championship qualifier in track and field...Recorded 13 top-three finishes at the state meet, including six titles..As a senior she won the 2A 1600m title, finished second in the 800m and 3200m...Her junior season she won four titles at the KSHSAA 2A State Championships, 800m, 1600m, 3200m and as member of the 4x800m relay...Personal bests - 2:18 in the 800m, 5:12 in the 1600m and 11:11 in the 3200m.
