Attended Staley High School in Kansas City, Mo. … Lettered all four years in basketball for head coaches Sherry Butts and Melissa Krog… Earned MBCA Class 5 all-state honors as a senior… Three-time all-district and all-conference honoree… Selected to pariticpate in the Great Kansas City Basketball Coaches Association’s Missouri vs. Kansas High School All-Star Challenge and led Missouri to victory with a 12-point scoring effort… Named a Blue Star All Star, Kansas City Star “Player to Watch,” and PBR “Player to Watch” … Included in KMZU Dream Team… McDonald’s All-American nominee… Averaged 20 points, four assists, two rebounds, and five steals per game… Helped team to three 20-win seasons and two state quarterfinal appearances… Also earned a letter in track… Played summer league basketball for the Missouri Phenom under coaches Terry Nooner, Michael Watson, and Eric Stamps.
