2019: Indoor - Ran a total of nine races in four meets...Ran a personal best 600m time of 1:26.18 to finish sixth at the Shocker Prelude and was part of the 4x400m team that placed second with a time of 3:31.43...Was part of a 4x400m team on four different occasions, including the Hawkeye Invitational (3:34.77), Shocker Prelude, Gorilla Classic (3:23.65) and Arkansas Qualifier (3:29.63)...Ran a personal best 400m time of 51.72 to finish 12th at the Arkansas Qualifier. Outdoor - Recorded seven top-5 finishes in 11 races...Placed third in the 400m hurdles (56.87) at the Herm Wilson Invitational season opener...Was part of the 4x400m team that finished fourth at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational in 3:24.17...Ran 58.51 in the 400m hurdles finishing second at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout on April 26...Clocked a personal best 400m hurdles time of 55.59 at the Shocker Open on May 3.

2018: Indoor - Competed in five meets...Was part of the 4x400m team that recorded two top-3 finishes, won the Shocker Prelude (3:23.67) and placed third at the Herm Wilson Invitational (3:24.92)...Ran a season best 8.65 in the 60m hurdles finishing 12th at the Air Force Indoor Team Challenge. Outdoor - Competed in five meets, including three top-5 finishes...Was part of the 4x400m team that finished fifth at Central Missouri Mule Relays with a time of 3:29.94...Ran a season best 56.87 in the 400m hurdles to place third at the Shocker Open.

High School: Four year letterman in track and field, and one year in football…Was a Drake relay champion…Personal best – 55.3 in the 400 hurdles, 22.3 in the 200m, 50.0 in the 400m.
