2019-20: Cross Country - Ran in two races and only completed one … Took 28th the JK Gold Classic with a time of 20:20.0 over 6K … Did not finish at the Emporia State Invitational. Indoor - Ran in one race for Wichita State … Finished second in the Mile at the WSU Invitational with a time of 4:23.03. Outdoor - 2020 season canceled.

2018-19: Cross Country - Redshirted and did not compete. Indoor - Finished second in the KU/KSU/WSU Triangular 1000m with a time of 2:32.13...Won the Shocker Prelude 800m clocking in at 1:57.67...Recorded two top-3 finishes at the Fourth Annual Gorilla Classic, second as a member of the DMR team with the sixth fastest time in Shocker history of 9:59.98 and third in the mile with a time of 4:11.84...Ran a 4:16.29 preliminary mile at the American Athletic Conference Championships, before finishing 10th in the finals with a time of 4:20.80. Outdoor - Ran six races...Opened the season running a 4:02.43 1500m at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Placed seventh in the 800m in 1:56.29 at the 92nd Kansas Relays...Was part of the distance medley relay team that finishing fourth at 110th Drake Relays in 9:52.28, the fifth fastest DMR time in Shocker history...Competed in the 800m (9th, 1:53.35) and 1500m (14th, 3:58.31) at the American Athletic Conference Championships.

2017-18: Cross Country - Ran in three races...Finished 14th overall at the Missouri Southern Stampede 8K with a time of 26:43.3. Indoor - Competed in five meets, including six top-5 finishes...Finished second in the 800m (1:56.73) at the Herm Wilson Invitational and in the mile at the Third Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic with a personal best 4:11.33...Placed ninth in the 800m (1:54.71)  and 11th in the mile (4:21.62) at The American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships. Outdoor - Redshirted

2016-17: Cross Country – Ran in six races, including a second place finish at the J.K. Gold Classic (6K, 18:54.2)…Finished 29th at the MVC Conference Championships and 132nd Midwest Region Championships. Indoor- Recorded a pair of second places finishes in the mile (4:18.71) at the Prairie Wolf Invitational and the 3000m (8:51.27) at the Shocker Prelude. Outdoor – Recorded three personal best times in the 800m (1:53.02), 1500m (3:55.93), and 5,000m (15:30.80)…Had a pair of seventh place finishes at the Texas Tech Red Raider Shoot-Out in the 1500m (4:02.95) and 800m (1:53.99).
 
2015-16: Cross Country - Ran in five events for WSU, finishing 34th at the MVC Championship in a time of 25:26.0 in the 8 K… Also had a pair of seventh-place finishes in the J.K. Gold Classic (6K, 19:11.0) and the Woody Greeno (8K,25:52.6). Indoor – Had six top ten finishes…Posted personal best in the 1000m (2:30.22) and the mile (4:13.52). Outdoor – Placed 13th at the Emporia State Relays in the 800m with a time of 1:57.74.

High School: Nebraska Class A state champion in the 1,600 meters with a time of 4:14... Was cross country runner-up in 2014 after a third-place finish in 2013, and was runner-up in the 800 meters in 2015... Lettered four years in cross country and track and field... Was named second-team Midwest Regional... Holds the Millard South school record in the 800 meters and the mile... Helped his team to runner-up honors his sophomore season and the state championship as a junior... 

Personal: Son of Tom and Diane Law... Has a sister, Kassidy... Recruited by South Dakota and Missouri... Majoring in accounting at WSU.
