2019-20: Cross Country - Ran in three races for the Shockers … Best finish came at JK Gold where she finished in 16th … Followed up at the Bill Dellinger Invitational with a season-best time at 6K … Also ran at Pre-Nationals.Â
Indoor - Ran in four races for the Shockers … Ran a personal-best time in the 3,000 meters at the Jayhawk Classic with a time of 11:01.0 (ht) … Was the runner-up in the Mile at the WSU Invitational … Ran the 5,000 meters at the Gorilla Classic.Â
Outdoor -Â 2020 season canceled.
2018-19: Cross Country - Entered and finished one race before redshirting...Finished 20th at the J.K. Gold Classic 4K with a time of 15:30.9.
Indoor - Competed in two meets...Ran a personal best 3000m (11:10.66) to finish seventh at the season opener Hawkeye Invitational...Placed third in the Shocker Prelude mile with a personal best time of 5:32.19.
Outdoor - Redshirted and did not compete.
2018: Indoor - Ran in five meets, Including two top-10 finishes...Ran a personal best 2:41.06 to finish sixth in the 800m at the KSU/KU/WSU Triangular...Placed sixth in the 3000m at the Herm Wilson Invitational with a personal best time of 11:18.37.
Outdoor - Competed in five meets...Ran a 19:13.60 5000m to finish seventh at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout...Finished eighth in the 5000m (19:12.21) at the K.T. Woodman Classic.
2016-17: Cross Country - Ran in two races, including a sixth place finish at the J.K. Gold with a time of 15:09.6 in the 4K.

High School: Was third in the Class D 1,600 meters, fourth in the 3200 meters and fifth in cross country as a senior in 2016… Also placed in the 2013 Cross Country State meet (seventh) and was fifth in 2015… Overall, placed in the Top Four at State in the 3,200 meters twice, and in the Top Eight three times in the 1600 meters in her high school career. Personal Bests - 5:21.27 in the 1,600 meters, 11:42.52 in the 3200 meters and 19:42 in the 5k… She holds the school record in the 1600 meters, 3200 meters and the 4x800 meter relay. She helped the Eagles to the conference championship all four years and to a district championship as a senior. Academically, a National Merit Finalist.
Personal: Daughter of Josh and Ailene Cumpston… Has two brothers, Trevor and Tyler… Also recruited by Oklahoma Baptist… Has aspirations to become an orthodontist.
