As a Junior…Earned All-MVC team recognition for both singles and doubles…Posted an overall singles record of 23-11 and a 16-7 record in the spring, including a pristine 6-0 conference record…Breezed through the MVC Tournament, giving up only four games in six sets while helping her team win the conference title…Lost only one match in the last month of the season…Overwhelmed Kristina Radan of Oklahoma, 6-1, 6-0…Did the same against Maryna Tkachenko from Oklahoma State two weeks later, 6-2, 6-4…Played the majority of the season in the No. 3 and 4 positions…In doubles competition, Dalmacio teamed up with Anna Egorova and Florentina Hanisch for a 21-13 record and a 6-1 conference mark...Played 20 matches with Egorova for a 13-7 record and posted a 4-1 record with Hanisch to finish out the season…Together Hanisch and Dalmacio tore threw conference match-ups against Northern Iowa, 8-5, and Drake, 8-2, before going 2-0 together in the conference tournament…In the fall, Dalmacio was nothing less than stellar as she knocked off five opponents from ranked teams...She started her tear by defeating Jessi Robinson from #1 Duke, 4-6, 6-4, 6-1 at the Prequalifying Tournament...Later that day she topped Maggie Mello from #32 Texas, 2-6, 6-4, 7-5...Ended her fall season on another tear, beating opponents from three ranked teams in straight sets three days in a row...Those included wins against Julia Bauregger from #39 Denver, 6-1, 6-2...Another against Colleen Rielley of #5 Notre Dame, 6-2, 6-2...Took on #58 Megan Fudge from #33 Illinois in her last match of the fall and won in straight sets, 6-3, 7-5.
As a Sophomore...Runner-up at the No. 1 singles 2008 State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Championships...Named to the Missouri Valley Conference All-Select team...Recognized on the MVC Scholar-Athlete Honorable Mention list...Recorded an overall singles record of 19-17...Posted a dazzling 25-8 overall doubles record, which included a 9-4 finish in the fall with partner Anna Egorova, and a 16-4 record with Laryssa Ferreira in the spring...Finished 5-2 in the Missouri Valley at No. 1 singles...Defeated Ann Siljestrom of Middle Tennessee State (5-7, 6-2, 12-10) on Feb. 29...On Mar. 2, beat Thalia Diaz-Barriga of No. 38 Tulsa (6-3, 4-6, 6-1) to earn MVC player of the week honors on Mar. 4...Routed Sampada Kanade of Northern Iowa (6-2, 6-0)...Went 5-1 in conference at No.1 doubles with Ferreira...In the fall, Dalmacio went 4-1 at the Wilson/ITA Central Regional Championships, including a straight-set victory in the third round over No. 46 Ela Kaluder of Arkansas...Teamed with Anna Egorova to win four matches in two days and winning the doubles bracket at the Western Michigan Super Challenge.
As a Freshman...Named to the 2007 Missouri Valley Conference All-Conference Team at No. 4 Singles and at No. 2 Doubles with partner Anna Egorova...Named WSU athlete of the week by finishing second in No. 1 Singles at the MVC Individual Championshps finishing second in No. 1 Doubles with Anna Egorova...Won five straight matches to start the spring season, including wins over players from Nebraska, Kansas State and Tulsa...Dalmacio started off the fall season by competing in the finals at the Gopher Invitational.
