2013 Fall AD Honor Roll 2018: Indoor - Competed in five meets, including four top-5 finishes...Finished third in the weight throw (16.01m/52-6.5) at the KSU/KU/WSU Triangular...Set a personal best 17.04m/55-11 to finish fourth in the weight throw at the Air Force Indoor Team Challenge...Recorded two top-5 finishes at the Herm Wilson Invitational, second in the weight throw (15.16m/49-9) and fifth in the shot put (12.86m/42-2.25)...Finished 21st in both the shot put (12.44m/40-9.75) and weight throw (14.07m/46-2) at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships. 2017: Indoor - Finished top five a total of ten times, including a second place finish in the weight throw (53-10.25/16.41m) at the Herm Wilson Invitational and shot put (44-4/13.51m) in the shot put at the Steve Miller Open...Placed tenth in the shot put (42-8.25/13.01m) and 11th in the weight throw (53-10.25/16.41m) at the MVC Indoor Championships. Outdoor - Finished fifth in the hammer throw with a personal best of 160-6/48.92m at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Placed second at the Shocker Open with a mark of 160-2/48.82m in the hammer throw...Finished tenth in the javelin (122-11/37.48m), 12th in the shot put (42-1.5/12.84m0 and 13th in the hammer throw (159-1/48.49m) at the MVC Outdoor Championships.

2016: Did not compete.

2015: Competed in three indoor meets in the weight throw and shot put... Had a personal best in the weight throw at the UNI Team Invitational (16.74m/54-11.25).

2014: Indoor- Finished second in the shot put at the OBU Indoor Invitational with a throw of 46' 5 1/4"... Also placed third in the shot put at the Kansas State Open. Outdoor- Recorded a second place finish in the javelin and fourth place finish in the shot put at the KT Woodman Classic... Finished second in the javelin with a throw of 146' at the Ward Haylett Invitational... Claimed a first place finish (javelin) and two third place finishes (hammer throw and shot put) at the KSU Wildcat Open... Won the javelin at the MVC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 151' 1", which was a personal best... Her mark of 151' 1" was good enough to qualify for the NCAA West Prelims.

High School: Lettered in volleyball, basketball, and track and field at Valley Center…State Champion in Kansas Class 5A shot put 2012 and 2013 and discus in 2013.

Personal: Daughter of Dwayne and Pam Williams…Majoring in health science…Has two brothers, Nate and Zach... Dad played soccer at Colorado State and brother, Nate, played baseball at Kansas State... Majoring in Mathematics.
