2018: Outdoor - Competed in seven meets, including four top-5 finishes...Won the Central Missouri Mule Relays javelin with a throw of 50.56m/133-1...Finished fourth at the Shocker Open (39.85m/130-9), fifth at the Arkansas Spring Invitational (41.53m/136-3) and K.T. Woodman Classic (41.76m/137-0)...Threw a season best 42.93m/140-10 to place ninth at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships.

2017: Outdoor - Threw at six meets, including three top 5 finishes...Placed second at the Shocker Open with a mark of 141-8/43.17m...Set a personal best throw of 144-10/44.15m to finish fourth at the MVC Outdoor Championships.

2016: Outdoor- Competed in six meets in the javelin including the MVC Championship where she placed seventh (136-1/41.47m)... Threw her career-best at the ESU Relays (142-1/43.32m).

2015: Outdoor- Competed in six meets, including the Missouri Valley Conference Championship where she finished third in the javelin with a personal best 136-5... Was also third at the OU Jacobs Invitational (133-2) and at the Shocker Open (135-5)... Opened the season at the ESU Invite with a throw of 118-2.

High School: Attended Shawnee Heights High School in Tecumseh, Kan. and competed in the javelin throw…Her personal best in the javelin throw is 135-2…Finished fourth in the javelin throw at the 2014 Class 5A KSHSAA State Track and Field Meet, placed fourth in the 2013 Class 5A javelin competition, and fifth in 2012.

Personal: Daughter of Mary and Gary Tenbrink... Has brothers, Nick and Luke, and a sister, Sarah... Also recruited by Pitt State and UMKC.
