2015-16- Had won 14 races in her career in all competitions and has 51 Top 10 finishes...  Cross Country: Ran in four meets while battling injury, but still earned All-Valley honors at the MVC Championship with a seventh-place finish in a time of 17:18.8… Followed that up with a 20th-place finish at the Midwest Regional with a time of 20:54.4… Finished the Chile Pepper in her first outing of the season in 17:14.6, and also ran in the Pre-Nationals race, finishing the 6K in 21:01.0 and finishing 78th. Indoor- Scored for the Shockers at the MVC Championship in the 3,000 meters (4th), 5,000 meters (4th)... Helped the DMR to the fourth-best all-time time of 11:45.73... Improved her 5,000 meter time to 16:56.48, which was seventh-best all time at WSU. Outdoor- Ran the 3,000 meter steeplechase in 10:16.71, the second-best time in school history at the Stanford Invite... Also set a personal best in the 10,000 meters with a time of 35:31.65... Her 5,000 meter time of 16:40.72 was also her personal best.... Placed fifth in the 5,000 meters and the 3,000 steeplechase at the Valley Outdoor Championship.
2014-15:  Cross Country- Hirsch had not just the best finish for the women, but the best overall finish for any Shocker student-athlete when she finished 34th with a time of 20:59.9... During the season, Hirsch earned three finishes in the top-10 including a fifth-place finish at the Woody Greeno/Nebraska XC Invitational and a sixth-place finish at 2014 MVC Championships where she earned All-MVC and Elite 18 Honors for the first time.  Indoor- Set personal bests in the Mile at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular with a time of 5:00.29 and in the 3,000 meters at the Mark Colligan with a time of 9:43.12... Finished fifth in the 5,000 and ninth in the 3,000 at the MVC Championship. Outdoor- Won the 3000m steeplechase at the MVC Championship in a time of 10:30.27 and bested that for a personal record at the NCAA West Prelims with a time of 10:25.96... Her time was seventh in her heat and 17th overall... Also was third in the MVC 5,000 meters with a time of 17:13.35... Set her career best in the 5,000 at the Stanford Invite with a time of 10:25.96.
2013-14: Cross Country- Had three top five finishes as a freshman... Finished third at the Butler County Triangular (3K - 11:11:70) and the JK Gold Classic (4K - 14:15.01) ... Finished fourth at the Woody Greeno Invitational with a time of 22:09.90 in the 6K race ... Best 5K time was 19:12.30 at the MVC Championship in Des Moines, Iowa ... Was 76th at the Midwest Regional with a time of 21:51.40 in the 6K. Indoor- Won the 5000 meters at the Wichita State Varsity Apartments Invitational with a time of 17:30.08... Set a season best indoor time in the mile at the Herm Wilson Invitational with a time of 5:04.41, while finishing third. Outdoor- At the KT Woodman Classic, she finished first with a time of 4:41.27... Won the 3000 steeplechase at the Ward Haylett Invitational with a time of 10:55.15.
High School: Lettered four years in cross country and track and field…Finished fifth, fifth, second and second in cross country in high school, respectively... Was all-state in cross country all four years, as well... State Champion in Nebraska in 3200m run as a sophomore and in the 1600m run her senior year... Helped her cross country and track and field teams to state runner-up finishes her freshman and sophomore seasons and to state titles her junior and senior seasons.
