High School: Earned Regional and District All-Tournament honors, and a Best of the Preps recognition… Helped the Wolverines to a 102-16 record in four years for Coach Lynn Smith… Team records were 30-4, 20-5, 27-4 and 25-3 her freshman through senior seasons… Helped the Overton to several Regional and District titles, runner-up and finalist finishes… As a freshman helped the Wolverines to the State Tournament Semifinals… Averaged 16 points, five rebounds, two assists and two steals a game… Career bests were 26 points, nine boards, two assists and two steals…

Personal:  Born Kayla Ann Danielle Williams on May 13, 1998 in Memphis, Tenn… Daughter of Gregory and Chachauna Williams… Has a brother, Louis… Also recruited by Arkansas State, East Carolina, Ole Miss, Memphis State, Auburn, Tulsa and Louisiana Tech… Played for Team Penny and coaches Eric Daniels  Jevontae Holmes during summer basketball… Is interested in Exercise Science with a career in Physical Therapy.
