2019: Indoor - Competed in four meets...Recorded three top-5 finishes at the KU/KSU/WSU Triangular, placing third in the long jump (7.29m/23-11), fourth in the triple jump (14.53m/47-8) and 400m (49.35)...Finished fifth at the Gorilla Classic long jump with a personal best mark of 7.34m/24-1...Scored 8.5 points in three events at the American Athletic Conference Championships, finished with all-conference honors as part of the 4x400m that placed third with a time of 3:13.11 and placed fifth in the triple jump (14.94m/49-0.25) and sixth in the long jump (7.21m/23-8).
Outdoor - Entered six meets...Started the season strong winning the Herm Wilson Invitational triple jump (14.26m/46-9.5), also placed third in long jump (7.24m/23-9) and fifth in 400m hurdles (58.99)...Was part of the 4x400m team that finished third at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout in 3:11.15, also placed sixth in the long jump (7.44m/24-5)...Placed third in the Shocker Open javelin with a throw of 54.05m/177-4...Scored nine points for the Shockers at the American Athletic Conference Championships, placed fourth in triple jump with a personal best mark of 15.43m/50-7.5 and fifth in long jump (7.30m/23-11.5). Also finished 11th in javelin (52.85m/173-5)...Was an NCAA West Regional qualifier in triple jump finishing 34th (14.88m/48-10).
2018: Indoor - Completed three heptathlon, including a third place finish (4,995) at the Shocker Multi, fifth place finish (5,022) at the Air Force Team Challenge, and seventh place finish (5,005) at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships...Finished second overall in the 60m hurdles at the Shocker Prelude with a time of 8.46...Recorded two eighth place finishes at the conference championships, long jump (7.24m/23-9) and triple jump (14.70m/48-2.75).
Outdoor - Completed two decathlons, including a second place finish at the Wichita State Decathlon with a personal best score of 6,851...Finished eighth overall at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships scoring 6,628 points.
2017: Indoor – Recorded a personal best 5,059 points in the heptathlon to finish fourth at the MVC Indoor Championship...Placed second at the Jack Jennett Open in the heptathlon scoring 4,851 points.
Outdoor – Competed in two decathlons...Won the K.T. Woodman with a personal best score 6,816 points...Finished third (6,602) at the MVC Outdoor Championship to earn All-MVC honors.

2016: Indoor - Placed in three events at the MVC Indoor Championship to help the men win the title... Helped the 4x400 meter relay to a fifth-place finish and also was seventh in the long jump and eighth in the triple jump... Had a career-best Heptathlon score of 4,580 at the Jack Jennett/UNI Invitational..
Outdoor - Placed in four events in the MVC Outdoor Championship... Was eighth in the Decathlon (6069 points), ninth in the triple jump, 11th in the long jump and 18th in the 400 meters... In the Decathlon won the 100 meters in a career-best time of 11.07.
High School: State champion in the 400 meters and the 300 hurdles in Class 4A for Wichita South High School… Also placed fourth in the long jump and triple jump… High school bests were 23-7 in the long jump, 14.5 in the 100 hurdles, 38.67 in the 300 hurdles, and 49.82 in the 400 meters... Majoring in pre-communication.
