2014 (Sophomore): Indoor- Did not compete. Outdoor- Set a season best mark in the javelin at the SFA Sketcher's Carl Knight Invitational with a throw of 127-10 and a sixth place finish... Placed fifth in the javelin at the ESU Mid-Week Open.

2013 (Freshman): Indoor- Did not compete Outdoor: Placed fourth in the javelin throw at the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Championships with a personal best throw of 137-2. Improved her PR in the javelin in three meets during the season. Finished a season best third at the Arkansas Spring Invitational (120-5 ½). Earned four top 10 finishes in her debut season.

High School: Won three City League Championships in the Javelin for Bishop Carroll HS... Finished as high sixth place in the state meet with the Javelin... Claimed second place at regionals in 2010... Helped her squad win the 5A State Championship, league championship and regional championship... High School bests were 125-8 1/2 in the javelin and 96-0 in the discus... Lettered four years in track and field.

Personal: Born Dec. 6, 1993 in Wichita... Daughter of Dennis and Janelle Halstead... Has two sisters, Jenae and Lauren.
