2014-15 (Junior): Outdoor- Qualified for the NCAA Championship with a throw of 215-2 inches and finished fifth at the West Preliminaries in Austin, Texas... The school-record throw beat his previous best to reset the record at 215-3... Named MVC Men's Field Athlete of the Week May 12 after he won the hammer with a throw of 209-feet, six inches at the Shocker Open.
2014: Placed second in the MVC Outdoor Men's Championships with a hammer throw of 62.65m. Additionally, his indoor weight throw won him first place at the Kansas State University Open at a distance of 18.75m.
Hutchinson Community College: Placed third in the hammer throw and third in the indoor weight at nationals... Helped his team to a ninth place finish at Indoor and Outdoor Nationals... Took home second place in Outdoor Regionals for the Dragons... His personal bests were 183-6 in the javelin throw and 178-7 in the hammer throw.
High School: Qualified for state in Track and Field... Named All-State in football... Finished High School with a 3.8 GPA and graduated in the top 10 percent of his class... A member of the National Honor Society.
