Played summer ball for the Falmouth (Mass.) Commodores...Named to the AD's honor roll for Fall 2009.

2009 FRESHMAN
Made 15 appearances with 13 starts…Went 8-6 with a 2.78 ERA…Pitched 97 inning with 91 strikeouts and three complete games…Named Missouri Valley Conference Pitcher-of-the-Week on March 16, March 23, April 6 and May 18…Named to the all-Valley Tournament team…Named a first team Freshman All-American by Collegiate Baseball…Named a second team Freshman All-American by Baseball America, the NCBWA and Ping!Baseball…Pitched a season-high nine innings against Long Beach State on March 22…Struck out a season-high 10 against Illinois State on April 5 and Washington State on May 30…Earned wins against North Dakota State, Pepperdine, Long Beach State, Nebraska, Illinois State twice, Northern Iowa and Creighton…Pitched a seven-inning one-hitter against Creighton on May 16…Named to the AD’s honor roll for Fall 2008 and Spring 2009.
