As a Freshman in 2011:
Appeared in 55 of the Shockers' 57 games, including 54 starts at second base... Hit .235 with 36 hits, four doubles, two home runs, 13 RBI, and scored 15 runs in 153 at bats... Finished the season with a .963 fielding percentage... Her 147 putouts was third best on the team and 87 assists was good for second... Went 1-for-1 with an RBI against #18 Texas Tech... Hit her first double of the season against UTEP, while going 1-for-3 at the plate with two RBI... Went 1-for-2 against #20 Oklahoma State... Milnark finished the Iowa State series with a .556 batting average. She went 5-for-9 at the plate with one double and scored a run... Hit her first career home run as a Shocker in the win against Western Illinois on March 23 and finished the game with three hits, two RBI, and four runs... Went 2-for-4, picked up an RBI, and recorded a career high eight putouts against Indiana State on April 2... Hit her second career home run, picked up an RBI, and scored a run while going 2-for-3 at the plate in the win against ISU on April 3... Went 1-for-4 and scored a run in the come-from-behind win over Drake on April 9... Picked up an RBI and scored a run in the win over #18 Oklahoma State on April 19... Hit a two-out single in the top of the sixth inning to pick up two RBI and lead Wichita State to a 4-2 win over Bradley on May 7... Took a four-game hit-streak into her first career Missouri Valley Conference Tournament... Named to the AD's Honor Roll following the Fall Semester of 2010 and Spring Semester of 2011.

Attended Lansing High School in Lansing, Kan... Played under head coach Terry Cornett... Earned four letters in both softball and volleyball... Four time first team all-state selection... Named first team all-metro two years and second team all-metro two years... Named first team all-league three years and second team all-league one year... As a junior, she led her team to a third place finish at the 5A state tournament... Had a record setting performance when she hit a homer in a class 5A Kansas state record softball game of 23 innings to win the game... Finished her high school career with an overall .512 batting average... As a senior, she played in the Missouri-Kansas all-star game... Named to the honor roll all four years.

Daughter of Matt and Cathy Milnark... Born February 9, 1992 as Rachel Lauren Milnark... Her grandfather, Walt Montgomery, played for the St. Louis Cardinals... Majoring in pediatric nursing at Wichita State.
