As a Junior in 2011:
Appeared in 16 games for the Shockers with three starts as the designated player and one at first base... Batted .200 on the season with four hits, one home run, and three RBI in 20 at bats... She picked up her first hit of the season going 1-for-2 against Texas A&M on Feb. 18... Went 1-for-1 against St. John's on Feb. 25... Hit her first career home run as a Shocker on March 23 against Western Illinois... She went 1-for-2 at the plate with a career high three RBI and scored one run in that win... Picked up a hit as a pinch hitter against Indiana State on April 2...Named to the AD's Honor Roll following the Fall Semester of 2010.

As a Sophomore in 2010:
Appeared in 21 games with 12 starts at first base... Hit .129 with 31 at bats, four hits, one RBI, and three runs scored... Hit two doubles on the year... Finished the season with a .270 on base percentage... Recorded 15 putouts against Texas-Arlington... Named to the AD's Honor Roll following both the Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 semesters. 

As a Freshman in 2009:
Appeared in 13 games as either a pinch hitter or pinch runner… Hit .250 with two RBI… Played some first base where she did not commit an error… Recorded her first collegiate hit, a two-run single, in a win over North Dakota… Named to the AD’s Honor Roll both semesters and the Dean’s Honor Roll following the Spring 2009 semester.

In High School:
Attended Ankeny High School in Ankeny, Iowa... Played under head coach Amy Farmer... Lettered in softball three years, swimming one year and basketball one year... Named first team all-conference her senior year... Played first base, third base and catcher in high school... Hit .383 with four home runs her senior year for the Hawks... Lists her best performance as going 15 for 18 with three home runs at the 2006 South Des Moines Tournament... Named to the Honor Roll.

Daughter of Brian and Sue Fort... Born May 5, 1989 as Hilary Morgan Fort... Has an older sister, Kirby, and a younger brother, Garrett... Is undecided on a major.
