As a Freshman…Had a breakout rookie year that landed her on both the singles and doubles All-Missouri Valley Conference teams…Named the Missouri Valley Conference Freshman of the Year after posting a 25-6 singles record, including an undefeated 7-0 MVC campaign…In the spring, Budiharto posted a 17-1 singles record, including a 3-1 record against ranked opponents…Defeated every MVC opponent in straight sets…Finished the season on eight-straight victories and two unfinished matches, the last occurring at the NCAA tournament…Knocked off Florence De Vrye of #65 Nevada, 6-2, 6-2…Also made quick work of Jie Zeng of #36 Tulsa in straight sets, 6-0, 6-1 two weeks later…Topped in-state rival Kansas State’s Marsha Slupska, 6-2, 6-3…Did not surrender a game to Romina Nedakovic of #64 BYU, 6-0, 6-0…Played the majority of the spring at the No. 2 position…In doubles, Budiharto played most of the spring with Lenore Lazaroiu in the No. 2 position before finishing the year in the No. 1 spot with Anna Egorova…With Lazaroiu, the duo went 13-4…Toppled Anastasia Erofeeva and Jie Zeng of #36 Tulsa, 8-4…The pair went 4-0 in Big 12 match-ups, highlighted by their 8-4 victory over Wiveca Swarting and Jennifer Holmberg of #56 Nebraska...In thefall season, she posted an 8-5 record in her first fall season at WSU...defeated #25 TCU’s Annna Sydorska 6-0, 6-2 for her first win as a Shocker...Won four of her first five matches at WSU, including a 6-2, 6-0 win over #87 Lenka Hojckova from #36 North Carolina State in just her third match in a WSU uniform...Went 2-1 at the Wilson/ITA Central Regional Championships in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she defeated Leigh Walsh from #50 Utah in straight sets, 6-1, 6-2...Went 8-3 in doubles play, splitting time with two doubles partner....Picked up her first doubles WSU win by teaming with Stephanie Dalmacio to defeat Sarah Wostmann and Megan Broderick from #23 Kentucky, 8-2...Went 7-2 with Anna Egorova, including a 9-7 thriller over #28 Denver’s Julia Bauregger and Mallory Voelker.
