WICHITA, Kan. – Online bidding is officially live for the Black & Yellow Gala silent auction, giving Shocker Nation the opportunity to bid on a variety of unique experiences, items, and packages in support of Wichita State Athletics.

The Black & Yellow Gala presented by Equity Bank will take place Saturday, August 15 at Charles Koch Arena and supports the continued success of all Wichita State student-athletes.

The online auction is available for guests that plan on attending the gala, as well as fans who are unable to attend this year's event. From memorable experiences to exclusive Shocker items and more, there is something for everyone in this year's auction lineup. Bidding is open now and will remain available through 8:00 p.m. CT on August 15.

Visit GoShockers.com/GalaAuction to browse items and place your bids. Fans are encouraged to browse the available packages, place their bids and check back frequently as bidding continues throughout the week.

Online auction item winners can arrange pick-up with a Shocker Athletics staff member beginning on Tuesday, Aug. 18 by emailing SASO@GoShockers.com. Items can be shipped for an additional cost.

Seating options include a VIP table for eight that features premium table location, a special guest at the table, and a gift for $2,000. VIP table purchasers will have access to a private social space in the arena. A reserved table of eight is $1,000 and an individual ticket is available for $100.

Doors open at 5:00 p.m. for the silent auction, followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. provided by Candle Club and an exciting live auction beginning at 7:00 p.m.

This year's event features a masquerade theme for attendees to participate in.
