WICHITA – Wichita State head women's basketball coach Terry Nooner announced the signing of Amaya Lacy, completing his 2026-27 roster.
 
"I'm excited to welcome Amaya Lacy to Wichita State," Nooner said. "She's a versatile guard who can score at all three levels and impacts the game on both ends of the floor."
 
Lacy, an incoming junior transfer from Frank Phillips College, joins the Shockers after two seasons in Borger, Texas. The 5-foot-9 guard started all 29 games last season, averaging 9.6 points and 3.7 rebounds per game as a sophomore. She shot 37.7 percent from the field and 29 percent from three.
 
"Amaya is a leader, a competitor, and someone who takes pride in defending," Nooner said.
