Wichita State bowling is back in the NCAA Final Four after winning the Arlington Regional. Juniors Ashtyn Woods and Sara Duque Jimenez join us to talk about the regional and the national semifinals on Friday in Parma Heights, Ohio.

We discuss Beau Anderson's contribution off the bench to help the Shockers climb out of the losers bracket. We also talk about the lessons learned in the second season as an NCAA member, how weather might alter conditions on the lanes and Woods' favorite character in the TV series "Friends."

The Shockers open the Final Four vs. top-seeded Jacksonville State at 8 a.m. The first day is a double-elimination format. Saturday's championship is a best-of-7 Baker Match. Vanderbilt and Arkansas State face off in the other semifinal in the double-elimination Mega Match format. You can watch on NCAA.com.
