WICHITA, Kan. — After a 3-0 week on the East Coast, the Wichita State men's tennis team climbed to No. 57 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association rankings.
 
The ranking is the Shockers' highest since February 2022, when they were No. 55. Wichita State has now been ranked for four consecutive weeks.
 
Wichita State owns wins over three currently ranked teams: No. 39 Oklahoma State, No. 51 Charlotte and No. 54 Nebraska.
 
The Shockers are the second-highest-ranked team in the American Conference, behind No. 51 Charlotte, which they defeated Saturday, 4-2. Wichita State is ranked ahead of fellow conference members Memphis (No. 62), Rice (No. 65) and South Florida (No. 74).
 
Wichita State's next match is Wednesday against Tulsa at noon at the Sheldon Coleman Tennis Complex.
