Wichita, KS — In a powerful show of community investment and support for local youth, Shane and Kianne Prill have purchased
50 season tickets for the 2025-26 Wichita State Men's Basketball season and are donating them to
Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters. These tickets will allow hundreds of
Big and Little matches — over
700 local youth and mentors — to experience the excitement of Shocker basketball at Charles Koch Arena throughout the 2025–2026 season.
"We believe in the power of sports to unite and inspire," said Shane Prill. "By providing this opportunity, we're not only supporting Wichita State Athletics, but also giving local kids and mentors a chance to bond, dream big, and feel connected to something greater."
Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters will use the donated tickets to rotate attendance among their matches, offering Littles and Bigs across the Wichita area the chance to share memorable experiences and build stronger relationships.
A Call to Action for Local Businesses
Shane and Kianne Prill are calling on fellow Wichita businesses to join this initiative and help expand its impact. Every season ticket purchased and donated brings joy, connection, and inspiration and invests in our community.
"We're proud to be a part of something bigger," said Shane Prill. "This is about coming together — as a city, as businesses, and as fans — to uplift our youth and support our university."
How to Get Involved
Local companies interested in joining the effort can contact the Wichita State Athletics Ticket Office at (316) 978-FANS to purchase tickets and coordinate donations. Together, Wichita businesses can fill the stands and build a stronger, more connected community.
