Wichita State volleyball coach
Chris Lamb updates fans on spring scrimmages as the Shockers come off an AAC championship and trip to the NCAA Tournament.
Gabi Maas
We discuss the return of
Gabi Maas from injury and the strong state of the Shocker littles. We dive into the middle picture, after the departure of
Morgan Stout, and how
Allie Paulsen is making strides as a sophomore. Lamb also talks about his three newcomers and why he thinks outside hitter
Sydney Dunning could be one of the busiest Shockers in recent memory.
WSU played nine spring scrimmages, including matches with Tulsa, Kansas, Missouri, Missouri State, Kansas City and Creighton.
In 2024, Wichita State volleyball returned to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2017 after winning the AAC Championship. The Shockers went 18-14, 10-6 in the AAC.
Among the top returners are
Brooklyn Leggett,
Emerson Wilford,
Maddie Wilson along the front row and littles Maas,
Katie Galligan and
Grace Hett.
