  • Anne Knuettel leads the team in singles victories with eight
  • Knuettel has the best winning percentage in singles with a 8-1 record (0.889)
  • Kudryavtseva and Chantava lead the Shockers in doubles wins with six, all coming paired together, and they have a 7-1 record as a duo this season
  • The Shockers have team records of 35-24 in singles and 15-14 in doubles
In the Rankings
  • After a fall campaign that saw her become the first Shocker to qualify for nationals since 2019, Wang was ranked No. 62 by the ITA in singles
  • Wang is also the first Shocker to be ranked by the ITA since May 1, 2019, when Fatima Bizhukova was ranked No. 121
  • Wang is currently ranked No. 123 in singles
  • The Shockers slotted in at No. 67 in this week's ITA rankings
New Faces
  • Two new players have joined the Shocker roster from last season in true freshman Sati Aubakirova and Miami (FL) transfer Tatyana Nikolenko
  • Coach Foster will be joined by two new assistant coaches this season: Arianna Raga, who came to Wichita State after guiding the Cowley Tigers to an NJCAA Division I National Championship, and Maya Tahan, who just wrapped up a collegiate playing career between Miami and LSU
LA Tech Notes
  • Amy Sargeant is in her second as head coach of the Bulldogs
  • LA Tech is 10-5 on the year and 5-0 at home
  • Against teams in the AAC, the Bulldogs are 1-2, beating North Texas, and losing to Rice and Tulsa
