Brooklyn Leggett and
Sydney Dunning have been named to the American all-conference team. Leggett is a first team selection, while Dunning is on the second team.

Leggett, a redshirt senior right-side hitter from Draper, Utah, averaged 3.53 kills per set, while hitting .287 in American matches this season. She also added 1.05 digs per set and 0.78 blocks per set. It is her first all-conference selection after being a preseason pick this year.

Dunning, a junior outside hitter from McClave, Colo., averaged 3.56 kills per set, while hitting .210 in American matches this season. She also added 0.36 service aces per set, 1.81 digs per set and 0.31 blocks per set. It is her second all-conference selection after being an honorable mention selection in the Big West at Cal State Bakersfield last season.

The Shockers are next in action on Fri., Nov. 21 when they play North Texas in the quarterfinals of the American Championship in Tampa, Fla., at 12:30 p.m. CT.
