SHOCKER NOTES
  • The 2024 campaign is the 15th for the Shockers under the guidance of Colin Foster.
  • The Shockers (10-5) enter the weekend having won five of their last six and seven of their last nine.
  • Wichita State is 4-4 in true road matches this season and 3-0 at neutral sites.
  • The Shocker roster is made up of five returners and three international additions in Giorgia Roselli, Anne Knuettel, and Xin Tong Wang.

  • The duo of Wang and Natsumi Kurahashi lead the Shockers in doubles wins with ten and they are 8-2 in their last ten.
  • The Shockers have won ten doubles points this season.
  • Wichita State is 9-1 in matches this year when winning the doubles point and 1-4 when they don't.
  • The Shocker doubles teams are 23-13 in dual matches this season.
SINGLES NUMBERS
  • Wang and Chantava lead the Shockers in singles wins with nine apiece.
  • Chantava (9-1) has the best singles record of any Shocker. Her lone loss came on February 9 against Kentucky's Ellie Myers in three sets, 2-6, 7-6 (6), 1-0 (10-5).
  • As a team, the Shockers are 44-32 in singles matches this season.

SERIES HISTORY VS MEMPHIS
  • This will be the sixth matchup between Memphis and Wichita State
