STILLWATER, Okla. – In line for her first win over a nationally-ranked opponent, Kristina Kudryavtseva instead lost a race against the clock, Friday evening at Oklahoma State's Greenwood Tennis Center.
 
The Wichita State freshman claimed a first-set tiebreaker against No. 118 Sofia Rojas, 7-6 (5) at No. 4 singles but saw her match go unfinished after the host Cowgirls clinched a quick, 4-0 dual victory.
 
OSU (5-3 and ranked 49^th on the latest ITA team chart) seized the doubles point and needed just over an hour to wrap up singles wins on courts 1, 2 and 5.
 
WSU (5-3) will now look to bounce back Saturday morning in a neutral court match against No. 41 South Carolina. First serve is at 10:30 a.m. CT. Follow live scoring and video via okstate.com.
