WICHITA, Kan. - Wichita State women's tennis stays on the road, first heading to No. 47/42 Oklahoma State for a match on Friday at 5:00 p.m., at the Greenwood Tennis Center and then facing Memphis on Sunday at 10:00 a.m., at the Dunavant-Wellford Tennis Center.

- The senior duo of Marta Bellucco and Sarvinoz Saidhujaeva came in at No. 23 in the ITA Preseason Doubles Rankings. The long-delayed updates to the rankings the duo drop out. They are currently 12-6 on the season and have ranked wins over Arizona State's No. 50 Ilze Hattingh/Lauryn John-Baptiste and Kansas State's No. 46 Karine-Marion Job/Maria Linares
- Freshman Jessie Zheng leads the Shockers in singles wins with a 10-7 record at No. 4 and 5. Two other Shockers have seven wins on the season.
- The duo of Ting-ya Hsu and Jessie Zheng have been productive at the second doubles spot, going 11-7 on the season.

- The Cowgirls have lost their last two matches to ranked UCF and OU.
- Bunyawi Thamchaiwat leads OSU in singles wins with an 8-2 record at No. 1 and 2.
- The Shockers are only 4-27 versus OSU and they lost the last matchup in 2020.

- The Tigers have won their last two, beating Cincinnati and Xavier.
- Sophie Abrams leads the team in singles with a 11-6 record, all at No. 1. They have yet to field a consistent doubles lineup, using 20 different tandems.
- The Shockers are 2-1 against the Tigers, but they haven't played since 1984.
