MANHATTAN, Kan. - Wichita State women's tennis once again won the doubles point versus in-state Big 12 competition but were not able to top Kansas State and lost, 4-1, at the Body First Tennis Center on Friday.

Wichita State gave another spirited doubles performance on Friday. The tandem of Ting-ya Hsu and
Jessie Zheng picked up the first win versus the Kansas State No. 2's, 6-4, to pick up their fourth win of the season. No. 23
Sarvinoz Saidhujaeva and
Marta Bellucco won their first ranked win of the season by overcoming a late surge by No. 46 Karine-Marion Job/Maria Linares, 7-5.

The second, fourth and sixth pairs served off first in Manhattan. The Wildcats ended up winning these three courts and proceeded to get the clinch at No. 5 to conclude the match.
