WICHITA, Kan. - Wichita State women's tennis faces Tulane at 12:30 p.m., and UT Arlington at 4:30 p.m., on Saturday at the Wichita Country Club to begin a four match homestand.
Shocker Notables
- Wichita State enters the weekend 1-8 on the year with losses to No. 13 Oklahoma State, No. 23 Old Dominion, No. 24 Arizona State, No. 42 Kansas, No. 47 Arkansas, and No. 50 Kansas State.
- The Shockers only duo in the ITA Doubles Rankings made a big jump in the first computer rankings of the year. Sarvinoz Saidhujaeva and Marta Bellucco jumped 26 spots to land at No. 28 in the latest rankings. The computer rewarded the duo for a win over a Top 5 Tulsa duo and a now ranked Kansas tandem, as well as a lack of bad losses on their record.

- The Green Wave are coming off a 4-1 loss to SMU on Feb. 16.
- Tulane has one player in the ITA Singles Rankings, No. 101 Mackenzie Clark.
UT Arlington
- The Mavericks last competed on Feb. 8 against UTSA. They picked up a 5-2 win over the Roadrunners.
