Bradley Box ScorePEORIA/NORMAL, Ill. – Giulia Guidetti tied the school's single-season wins mark with her 33rd and 34th victories helping the Wichita State women's tennis team post 7-0 road sweeps over both Illinois State and Bradley on Friday.
WSU (22-3, 5-0 MVC) – 26th in this week's Oracle/ITA Division I Rankings – won 23 of a possible 24 singles sets and extended its winning streak to a season-high 12 matches. The run is four wins shy of the school record (16-straight), set in 1992-93.
Guidetti (34-5, 20-1 in duals) has won 13-straight singles decisions and is tied with Shocker Hall of Famer, Sandy Sadler for the most wins in one season. Sadler went 34-11 as a junior in 1983-84.

Rebecca Pedrazzi each won multiple singles matches.
The No. 2 doubles team of Pedrazzi and
Aleksandra Trifunovic (25-9) claimed two more victories to run its winning streak to 11.
The Shockers play their final regular season matches next Saturday, April 23 against Evansville (9 a.m.) and Southern Illinois (1 p.m.) at the Sheldon Coleman Tennis Complex.
