Box Score PEORIA, Ill. – Elliot Ashbeck's two-run double in the bottom of the fifth gave Bradley a 3-2 win over Wichita State in game three of the series.
Tanner Kirk went 1-for-2 with a double and an RBI, while Trey Vickers went 1-for-3 with an RBI.
Starter Jeb Bargfeldt went 4.2 innings and gave up three runs on seven hits with two walks and one strikeout.
The Shockers got on the board in the top of the fifth. With one out, Taylor Sanagorski doubled down the left field line and scored on Tanner Kirk's double to left field. Trey Vickers singled to left field to score Kirk and give the Shocks a 2-0 lead.
The Braves answered in the bottom of the fifth. With two outs, Chris Godinez walked and Isaac Smith singled. Spencer Gaa singled through the left side to drive in Godinez and Elliot Ashbeck doubled to right field to score Smith and Gaa and give the Braves a 3-2 lead.
The Shockers are next in action on Tue., April 21 at Kansas at 6 p.m.
