Scouting Loyola
The Ramblers are 19-8 overall and 8-6 in the Missouri Valley Conference. Wins this season have come against New Hampshire, IPFW, Bowling Green, Wright State, Elon, Savannah State, Kennesaw State, Valparaiso, Seton Hall, Binghamton, Cornett, Bradley twice, Evansville twice, Southern Illinois, Illinois State, Indiana State, and Missouri State. Losses have come against Wake Forest, Northwestern, Drake, Wichita State, Northern Iowa, Southern Illinois, Indiana State and Illinois State. As a team, LU is hitting .240, while opponents are hitting .171. They are led by Morgan Reardon who is averaging 3.19 kills and 2.90 digs per set. The Ramblers are led by head coach Chris Muscat.

Series History vs. the Ramblers
Wichita State leads the overall series with the Ramblers, 5-0. The Shockers also lead the series in Chicago, 2-0.
   
Last Meeting vs. LU
The last meeting between the two teams was Oct. 17, 2015, in Wichita. The Shockers won 3-2 by scores of 25-20, 25-17, 20-25, 23-25 and 16-14. Jody Larson led the Shockers with 15 kills, while Emily Hiebert had 31 assists and Dani Mostrom had 21 digs.

Scouting Bradley
The Braves are 6-20 overall and 1-13 in the Missouri Valley Conference. Wins this season have come against Toledo, Youngstown State, Green Bay, UMASS Lowell, Manhattan and Evansville. Losses have come against Weber State, UMKC, Omaha, SIUE, SEMO, UTEP, DePaul, Loyola twice, UNI, Southern Illinois twice, Evansville, Indiana State twice, Illinois State twice, Drake, Wichita State, and Missouri State. As a team, BU is hitting .166, while opponents are hitting .248. They are led by Erica Haslag who is averaging 2.85 kills per set. The Braves are led by head coach Jenny Maurer.

Last Meeting vs. BU
The last meeting between the two teams was Oct. 16, 2015, in Wichita. The Shockers won 3-0 by scores of 25-13, 25-16 and 25-21. Jody Larson led the Shockers with 13 kills and seven digs, while Emily Hiebert had 23 assists.

Last Time Out
The Shockers defeated Drake, 3-1, on Friday. Abbie Lehman led the Shockers with 14 kills, while Emily Hiebert had 38 assists and Dani Mostrom had 16 digs. On Saturday, the Shockers swept UNI. Mikaela Raudsepp led the Shockers with 15 kills, while Hiebert had 35 assists and Dani Mostrom had 17 digs.

WSU is 23rd in assists per set, 30th in hitting percentage, 16th in assists, 47th in digs, 19th in kills, 67th in digs per set and 35th in kills per set. Individually, Emily Hiebert is 29th in assists and 75th in assists per set. Abbie Lehman is 50th in blocks and 18th in hitting percentage. Shimen Fayad is 37th in service aces and 50th in aces per set. Katie Reilly is 72nd in hitting percentage and Dani Mostrom is 71st in digs.

WSU Ranked 16th in Attendance
Wichita State is ranked 16th nationally in average attendance. The Shockers are averaging 2,186 fans per match, while national leader Nebraska is averaging 8,207 fans per match.

Wichita State is 33rd in the sixth official RPI release of the season. WSU is 3-4 against the top-50 and 7-6 against the top-100. Wichita State won its 20th match of the season on Friday against Drake. It is the Shockers' 13th-straight season with 20 or more wins. Before head coach Chris Lamb arrived at WSU, the Shockers collected just five 20-win seasons in school history (1976, 1977, 1988, 1991, 1992).

Raudsepp Stays Strong in MVC Play
Sophomore outside hitter Mikaela Raudsepp had a team-high 45 kills in three matches last week. She averaged 3.75 kills, 0.58 digs and 0.58 blocks per set, while hitting .292 on the left side. In 14 MVC matches this season, she is averaging 2.88 kills, 0.92 digs and 0.53 blocks per set, while hitting .283.

2-0 vs. UNI
Wichita State won both regular-season matchups with Northern Iowa in 2015. It is just the fifth time in school history that the Shockers have done that. WSU also went 2-0 against the Panthers in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2008.

Hiebert's Double-Doubles
Sophomore setter Emily Hiebert had her streak of six-straight double-doubles snapped on Oct. 5 at Evansville. She leads the Shockers with 14 this season and now has 24 in her career, which ranks tied for 17th in the Shocker career record books.

Moving on Up
Junior libero Dani Mostrom and sophomore setter Emily Hiebert continue to climb the Shocker career records list for digs and assists. Mostrom is now sixth in career digs with 1,415 and needs 43 more to move into fifth place, while Hiebert is ninth in assists with 2,198.
