2017-18: Cross Country - Ran in six races, including three top-20 finishes...Finished 11th at the Missouri Southern Stampede 8K in 26:19.8, 13th at the Rim Rock Classic 8K in 25:48.9 and 20th at the J.K. Gold Classic 6K in 19:15.2...Finished 44th at the American Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships 8K with a time of 26:49.8. Indoor - Competed in five meets...Won the Herm Wilson Invitational mile with a time of 4:19.93...Placed third in the 1000m (2:31.02) at the KSU/KU/WSU Triangular...Earned all-conference honors finishing second (10:01.18) as a member of the DMR team. Outdoor - Competed in seven meets, a total of 14 races...Won the K.T. Woodman Classic 1500m with a time of 4:01.32...Recorded two top-5 finishes at the Central Missouri Mule Relays, second in the 800m (1:54.34) and fifth as a member of the 4x400m team (3:29.94)...Finished sixth in the 1500m (4:05.00) and eighth in the 800m (1:56.32) at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships.

2016-17: Cross Country – Ran in four races...Finished 12th in the 6K at the J.K. Gold Classic with a time of 19:28.1. Indoor – Ran in ten races, including three top five finishes...Finished fifth at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular in a personal best time of 2:32.52 in the 1,000m...Ran a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:18.71 to finish sixth at the Gorilla Classic...Placed sixth in the distance medley relay and 28th in the 3000m at the MVC Indoor Championships. Outdoor – Competed in nine races, including a personal best in the 5000m (15:56.49) at the John Jacobs Invitational...Finished 14th in the 1500m and 22nd in the 800m at the MVC Outdoor Championships.

2015-16: Cross Country - Placed 25th at the J.K. Gold Classic in a time of 20:18.9 and 43rd at the Woody Greeno (27:16.6). Indoor – Ran in three races, including a third place finish at the Shocker Prelude with a time of 1:57.89 in the 800m. Outdoor – Ran in four races, including a third place finish in the 1500m (4:02.39) at the Shocker Open.

2014-15: Cross Country- Ran the first five races of the season with a season-best sixth place at the Ollie Isom Invite 5k run with a time of 16:33.68. Indoor- Was a member of the Distance Medlay Relay team that finished sixth with a time of 10:17.93... Also ran 12 races indoor, winning thre 800 meters at the Shocker Prelude with a time of 1:57.36.. Ran 1:57.16 for a collegiate personal best at the Herm Wilson... Had eight top 10 finishes indoors.  Outdoor- Ran nine races in five meets... Had top 10 finishes in five of those races... Set a personal best in the 1500 meters at the K.T. Woodman.

High School: Stan’s high school personal bests include: 1:56 in the 800-meter run and 4:23 in the mile run... Accolades include: A sixth place finish in the 2013 Kansas Class 6A 800-meter run, a sixth place finish in the 2013 mile run, and was a member of the 2011 4x800-meter relay team that finished second in 2011.

Personal:  Son of Stan, II, and Angle Skwarlo... Has two brothers, Sam and Shane... Majoring in exercise science at WSU.
