Fall, 2012 WSU AD's Honor Roll 2016 Cross Country: Improved from a 27th-place finish in 2015 to a fourth-place finish and All-Valley honors in 2016 at the MVC Championship in Cedar Falls, Iowa... Ran the 5K in a time of 17:38.8.

2015 Cross Country: Finished second at the J.K. Gold Classic in a time of 14:20.2 (4K)… Was 27th at the MVC Championship with a time of 17:56.5 on the 5K course… Best 5K time was 17:24.2 at the Chili Pepper where she finished 36th.

2014-15: Cross Country- Competed in six meets for WSU, including the MVC Championship 5k where she finished 42nd (18:27.69) and NCAA Regional 6k where she finished 75th (21:30.4)... Was seventh at the Woody Greeno 6k (22:22.5) as her high finish. Indoor- Set three personal bests -- 1,000m at the Bill Easton (3:02.54); Mile at the Meyo Invite (4:59.10) and 3,000m at the UNI Team Invite (10:04.65)... Was fourth in the Mile at the MVC Championship. Outdoor- Set personal records in the 800 and 1,500 meters with times of 2:18.88 at the Arkansas Invite and 4:38.85 at the Mondo... Was 22nd and 25th, respectively, in the 1,500 and 5,000 at the MVC Championship... Named to the MVC Scholar-Athlete Team.

2013-14: Cross Country- Ran two races, unattached in the Butler County Triangular with a time of 11:29:13 in the 3K race and unattached in the JK Gold Classic with a time of 15:29.19 in the 4K...  Indoor- Redshirted... Third place finish in the 1000 meters at the Herm Wilson Invitational... Fifth place finishes in the 800 meters and mile at the Air Force Indoor Team Challenge and WSU Varsity Apartments Invitational, respectively. Outdoor- Redshirted... Registered a second place finish in the 5,000 meters at the KT Woodman Classic... Also had a fifth place finish in the 5,000 meters at the Ward Haylett Invitational... Named an MVC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award winner. 

2012 Cross Country: Ran in six meets for the Shockers... Placed sixth in the JK Gold Classic by running a time of 14:49.48... Finished the Missouri State Invite with a time of 19:40, good for 18th place...Was 44th at the OSU Jamboree, earning a time of 19:34.24... Completed the Pre-Nationals in 198th place... Had her season-best time at the MVC Championships when she placed 27th and ran 18:24... Ended the season by running 23:05.38 at the NCAA Midwest Regionals.

High School: Won two 4A state championships in both the 800m and 1,600m for Colby High... Claimed one state title in the 3,200m... Earned four letters in track, two in cross country, and two letters in volleyball... Won the Distance Hardest Worker Award on three occasions, and took home Rookie of the Year honors in track... Earned a spot on the honor roll, a place in the National Honor Society, and two US Army Reserve National Scholar/Athlete Awards.

Personal: Born May 28, 1993 in Colby, Kan... Daughter of Mike and Sondra Finley... Has five brothers (Justin, Taylor, Kyle, Travis, Kory) and two sisters (Jennifer, Kourtney)... Brother, Taylor, wrestled at Colby Community College.
