March 26, 2010 - Tonya Nero breaks the school record with a time of 33 minutes, 32.84 seconds in the 10,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational. Julie Duncan-Slade set the previous mark in 1983 at 35:16.91.
March 26, 2019 - The Shockers defeat Indiana 73-63 at Assembly Hall in the quarterfinals of the NIT. Markis McDuffie scores 21 points. Dexter Dennis adds 17 and six blocked shots for the Shockers.
March 27, 2002 - April Arata singles home the winning run with two outs in the seventh inning to give the Shockers a 3-2 win over Missouri State.
March 27, 2002 - Wichita State defeats Oklahoma 5-2 in men's tennis with the doubles teams of Jamie Rodriguez and Mark Sewell and Ben Cramp and Juan Escalante earning victories.
March 27, 2004 - No. 11 Wichita State defeats Northern Iowa 12-3 and 10-0 at Eck Stadium. Drew Moffitt homers twice in the first game.
March 28, 2001 - Ande Kleckner hits the first home run of her college career to help Wichita State defeat Oklahoma State 3-0, its first win over OSU since 1978. Kleckner hits a two-run homer in the sixth.
March 28, 2013 - The Shockers advance to the Elite Eight as Malcolm Armstead scores 18 points in a 72-58 win over La Salle at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
March 29, 2011 - Wichita State defeats Washington State 75-44 in the semifinals of the NIT in Madison Square Garden. Garrett Stutz comes off the bench to lead the Shockers with 24 points and 11 rebounds. The Shockers hold the Cougars to 29.4-percent shooting, including a 1-of-10 night for Klay Thompson. Thompson misses all five of his three-pointers and finishes with six points.
March 30, 2013 - Wichita State returns to the Final Four with a 70-66 win over Ohio State in Los Angeles. Malcolm Armstead leads the Shockers with 14 points on his way to West Region Most Outstanding Player honors. Cleanthony Early adds 12 points and seven rebounds for WSU.
March 31, 2011 - The Shockers win the NIT with a 66-57 win over Alabama at Madison Square Garden. J.T. Durley and Graham Hatch both score 12 points for the Shockers. Hatch is named tournament Most Outstanding Player.
