WICHITA, Kan. -Â Two current Shockers and head coach
Danny Bryan will compete in the main draw of singles and doubles tomorrow, July 3 at the Wichita $25K Futures, a USTA Pro Circuit tournament on the campus of WSU.

Bryan, who reached the semifinals of doubles at this tournament last season, will team up with former Miami Hurricane, Jesse Flores. Flores, who last competed for Miami in the 2016-17 season, will also play in the singles main draw after winning three matches in qualifying action. Bryan is a graduate of LSU, where he earned All-American honors and reached as high as No. 3 in the national doubles rankings.Â
Bryan and Flores will take the court no earlier than 7 p.m. where they will face USC's Brandon Holt and Maxime Cressy of UCLA.

Williams, a four-year member of the WSU team, received a wildcard into the main draw, with Samuel Beren. Beren, who competes at Harvard, also received a wildcard in the singles main draw.

Williams and Beren-both Wichita natives- will take on number-four overall seed Aziz Dougaz and Guy Orly Iradukunda. The duo competed last season at Florida State, where they went 8-7. The two square off at 6 p.m. tomorrow on court one at the Sheldon Coleman Tennis Complex.

Marius Frosa guaranteed himself a spot in the main draw after winning the wildcard tournament last April in Wichita. The senior from Romania will take on Aleksandar Vukic of Australia. Vukic is the three-seed in the main draw and holds a world ranking of 445. He competed collegiately at the University of Illinois. Frosa and Vukic will begin action at 8:30 a.m.
